Tried them for the first time as a possible alternative to the online tailor I’ve been using for a couple of years now. I have been super impressed with the quality and fit of the shirt I bought. Straight away, I ordered another shirt and a pair of tailored chinos and looking forward to receiving them too. Slightly more expensive than the company I’ve been using but great service and quality and still very cost effective way of getting good clothing that fits properly for a competitive price.

Been a customer to Tailor Store for many years and have bought a number of shirts from them. They have a really good price/quality fit, and to add to that - get tailor made, custom fit clothes is really good, especially for a bloke like myself that's tall with an "athletic" fit.
The only thing I'd like to get back is the possibility to have a more personalized measurements than the "state your age, height etc" that they have now. Bring back (as a complement) the old way of stating the wanted size/measurements and it would be even better. :)

Tolle Qualität, ausgezeichnetes Service und engagiert bei auch das passende Hemd zu finden, wenn man nicht eine 08/15 Figur hat. Einfach top.

Alles verlief wie auf Wunsch sogar eine Abänderung von Hemden !

Har köpt skjortor för alldeles för mycket pengar hos Tailor Store genom åren. Genomgående mycket bra kvalitet och passform, perfekt att få sina skjortor skräddarsydda när man har lite mage.

A tailored shirt is not easy to come by at such an affordable price, as it is an online store it may be difficult to get all the measurements correct and in my case there was a slight mismeasure regarding the arm width. The customer service was first class and communicated with me about the fit until me reached a conclusion on how to measure for a new shirt as a replacement. Tailor Store stood for the whole expence of a new short and did not even require me to send the shirt back that i already had received. Great customer care.

Toller Service und Qualität! Schnelle Antworten auf e-mails, zielführende Nachfragen. Testhemd war etwas eng, Ersatzbestellung wie versprochen kostenlos. Stoffe fühlen sich sehr gut an, habe 5 Hemden insgesamt geordert. hatte jahrelang bei tailor jack bestellt, aber da wurde der service leider immer schlechter und zuletzt blieb eine reklamation einfach unbeantwortet.

Collected last two new trousers and left some repair work. My wardrobe is again up to date.

News: excellent service from Tailor Store, they returned to me within the day now! I sent a mail directly and got a response! I'm sure Tailor Store did things as normal, but their other emails are still completely vanished. Possibly a problem on my side, of course.

Old message: "So, leaving this because I'm pretty alarmed. Will change the review if things are fixed. But I've ordered my first shirt, and promptly lost access all to the account like it never existed. (Made through google), it asks me to make a new one, and I've also received no e-mails or messages about the order. That's two days ago now. There's no response to the customer service request I made, and there's no number to call.
