Great company to work with. The fit was a little awkward, so there are adjustments to make for the next order. The mix-up was mostly my fault, not theirs. The quality and service is amazing here!

The first shirt I received didn't even come close to fitting correctly. I could barely even get it on, and couldn't fasten a single button. When I requested the free remake (only available on your first order), they asked me to take precise measurements of every dimension on a shirt I already have that fits well (the fact that they supposedly didn't need these kinds of exact measurements was part of their sales pitch).

When I responded to the email confirming my height and weight, which I had already provided, I asked if I could get a refund instead of a replacement since we were basically starting from scratch, meaning that I wasn't really getting the free remake which is supposed to be for fine tuning the fit. The customer service rep completely ignored that part of the email and just told me that the remake is in production, then asked me to review them here.

At this point I'm wondering if this is just a borderline scam and they don't really have any special way of determining the fit without precise measurements like an actual tailor would make. So the first shirt they send is a rush job, possibly modifying something they have lying around that doesn't even come close to fitting correctly, then they claim that "It appears that there may have been an error in the measurement calculation" (their words) and ask you for all those detailed measurements so they can make it correctly, which means the "free remake" that you only get on your first order (and that they advertise heavily) to fine tune the fit is completely wasted.

The remake arrived a few weeks later and it's still far too small, although not as small as the first one. But since they made me completely waste my free remake (since we were essentially starting from scratch as the first one wasn't even close), it looks like I'm out of luck. So a month and a half and $100+ later and all I have are two shirts that I can't wear.

For years, I was the Director of Foreign Direct Sales for a well-known Italian multinational, so from experience I can say that your customer service is truly excellent and, I would say, unparalleled. A special thanks to Mrs. Emma, ​​who was my exceptional interface.

Une chemise blanche pour un mariage. A priori, j'aurai des mensurations taille manequin, donc facile pour les dimensions. Ils ont envoyé une première chemise avec des contours de bras en mode énorme bras. Je fais des photos montrant l'énorme problème, il s'en moque et préfère que je refasse des photos masquant le problème. Ils vont renvoyer une chemise avec quasiment les mêmes erreurs que la première chemise. Donc du temps et de l'argent perdu. Franchement, il faut écouter le client quand il vous montre le problème de la chemise et pas renvoyer deux fois la presque même. Première et dernière fois. La chemise est juste immonde, on a l'impression que je flotte aux niveaux des bras, j'ai une bouée sur chaque bras ... 😭

Chino’s are excellent quality and fit. So are their dress shirts. Will buy from them again. Shipping to Hawaii is very slow. Order to arrival was around four weeks. Would recommend Tailor Store to anyone.
