I've ordered several shirts over a seven year period, and most of the times they fit well. Getting support if they don't fit, however, has proved difficult. On my last order all three shirts were too small, even though I used the same measurements as earlier. Upon contacting Tailor Store, a long and exhausting email exchange began. It took seven emails, multiple measurements, dozens of photos, and over two months before I got three replacement shirts. I doubt that I will use Tailor Store again due to the lackluster service. PS: I also ordered pants once but wasn't very happy about them.

Because I'm tall (190cm) and can't find suitable long-sleeved shirts in ready-to-wear, I turned to Tailor Store.
I like the fact that I can design my own clothes, choose the fabric (if necessary from samples), the cut and the finishing details.
Customer service is very helpful and gives good advice.
I think the concept of combating clothing overproduction by making it easier to order made-to-measure is excellent.

Köpt många skjortor - allt bra ( utförande, tyger), idag provade jag ett par byxor med samma resultat. Deras måttkalkyl för mitt första par var helt perfekt.

Configuration aisée des chemises, presque toutes les options souhaitées, bonne qualité, large choix des tissus, livraison sans soucis et dans des délais rapides compte-tenu du temps de fabrication.

Jag har beställt flera gånger från Tailor Store och har blivit toknöjd varje gång. Nyligen blev en T-shirt en aning för tajt, men efter kontakt med kundtjänst som för övrigt svarade efter bara någon timme, så sa dom att jag kunde skänka den tajta tröjan till välgörenhet och att dom skickar en ny utan extra kostnad. Dom vet hur man skapar trogna kunder.

Very disappointing experience. Lost my business completely.

The product quality and overall experience were not worth the price or the time. The sample fitting suit they sent was boxy, poorly cut, and didn’t fit well at all. On top of that, the actual suit order was delayed and is now projected to take over 68 days to be delivered — completely unacceptable at this price point.

The shirts were even worse. The fabric was low quality — honestly something I could have bought on Amazon for $20. I paid around $100 per shirt, plus an extra $50 for the paper fitting, which felt like a cash grab. Customer service was impersonal, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care once the money was collected. Canceling was easy for them — because they already got paid without delivering real value.

To make matters worse, I had ordered two shirts from them in the past, and both collars are now detaching and bubbling. These shirts were not worn often — just a few events and occasions — so there’s no excuse for that kind of wear.

Between the poor fit, low-quality materials, long delays, and indifferent customer service, this experience was a complete miss. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your time and your money.
