I was really impressed with how Talbots Law managed the sale of my leasehold flat in Bristol.
My solicitor Zara Nasser was extremely prompt and efficient. She often would email me updates unprompted. When I contacted her for information, her replies were quick. Her telephone manner was also very calm, logical and reassuring - just what you want when you’re going through a slightly stressful process.
Overall my experience was good. My only suggestion for improvement would be regular updates of the app - but I never felt like I was in the dark about what was happening.

We had read that Talbots had won an award for conveyancing so theirs was one of the companies we decided to get a quote from. Their quote was very reasonable and we chose to go with them. We feel so lucky that we got Bradley Walton assigned to us.
From the start we were not some faceless couple who were buying a house, the personalised service was very welcoming and reassuring. I was surprised when I first received a phonecall from Bradley and the cynical part of me at first wondered if there would be a charge listed on the final bill for each phonecall. I needn't have worried, the final invoice was what we expected, what we didn't expect was the excellent personal service we received. All emails were answered very quickly either with an email response or a phonecall.
Ours was a difficult case as we were buying an equity property meaning it is kept on the market until contracts are exchanged. Bradley was very sympathetic to this and worked at speed to ensure everything was done quickly. He has had a difficult time having to deal with our buyers solicitor who was incredibly slow in responding and put every obstacle he could find in the way. I would even go so far as to say that had it not been for Bradley's speed and effort we may have lost our purchase.
I would definitely recommend Talbots Law and Bradley Walton.
