Ordered at 3pm, delivered 8.30am the next morning and free delivery what more could you ask for. The basin taps I ordered were missing a back nut which, upon reporting to customer services, was dispatched 1st class and received the next day. Will be back again!

Despite .ie web page this outfit is based in England. Your legal right to return online goods purchased within 2 weeks are at Customer's expense , I've been quoted between €25 and €100+ ( dhl) to return a plastic toilet seat meaning the customer doesn't benefit from any deals taps4less have with dhl.
My advice: shop local

I needed to replace a bathroom cabinet and was willing to spend quite a lot to get what we needed but at the same time, cautious about where we purchased from. Taps4Less were found purely via google search and had good reviews, appeared credible online so we went ahead. We weren't disappointed. Our cabinet was ordered and we were able to update via email about delivery timescales. This was a personal service and not just a series of automated responses. Cabinet arrived and we were very happy.

Unfortunately, just a few months later, we saw some deterioration in the quality of the mirror - rusting that can often appear after a period of years. As the unit was well-made and pretty new, we didn't feel that it was expected wear and tear.

Expecting a bit of a battle as we were beyond the usual returns policy timescale, I emailed a couple of photos and accompanying explanation to see if anything could be done. Some further admin details were taken by email, an apology was given and the manufacturer was contacted. Within a short time, I had a further email response confirming that a new item would be sent in replacement. I was so surprised at such easy, straightforward and sensible reaction. The team at taps4less have continued to liaise to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Old fashioned personal service, but quickly and conveniently by email and internet.

I ordered a tap from Taps4Less after looking at similar items online. The reasons for choosing this particular company is that they offered and exceptional guarantee and had promptly responded to a question I posted on their website.
The tap was very quickly delivered (ordered Saturday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning!) and was quite clearly a quality product, nothing about t was cheap and cheerful.
Sadly I had overlooked the size of the hole in our granite worktops and although the tap "should" have fit, it didn't and I had to accept that it was my fault and plead for a refund.
I needn't have worried, they quickly accepted that I would have to return the tap, they gave me a return reference number and they quickly refunded my money - although they were a bit slow in letting me know that they had done so. But I believe this was down to one person's oversight and shouldn't be held against them.
All in all it was a quality product that sadly didn't suit my particular circumstances and the company were fair enough to refund my outlay. I would go to them FIRST if I were in the market for another tap

I had ordered a bath waste filler from 4 different companies who all said they had in stock, however never delivered, I called taps 4 less, and spoke to a very helpful guy (sorry don't know the name) he said it was in stock and would be with me tomorrow, the updates were fantastic and sure enough it turned up on time, and a great price, brilliant service. Thank you Taps 4 less, I shall use you again if needed.
