Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Items which have been paid for have not arrived. No sign of a refund. No response to repeated calls and messages. Lies and more lies. Don't go anywhere near them!!

The shower we ordered was delivered within a couple of days of us ordering it even though we ordered it late on a Sat night. We have not yet installed the shower but it appears to be a very well finished and polished shower and attachements. I would rate this company as excellent and would recommend to family and friends

Information on web site was helpful and ordering process straight forward. It would have been helpful if the despatch of the order could have been notified by email, as it was not possible to arrange to be at home for the package to be received, or to organise installation. The taps have been in use for too short a time to give a definite view but, so far, they look better than expected and work very well

Ordered tap and delivery was very quick and description was 100%. Have already bought items from company and will continue to do so.

"Dont use, you wont get refunded if something goes wrong"

I ordered a waterfall tap from Taps4Less, after 5 weeks and multiple promises it never got delivered. I cancelled the order to be told it would take 30 days to refund. 6 weeks in no refund and wont respond to my emails and never can reach accounts to discuss refund by phone. Next step, I am going to visit their premises personally.

Prior to this I ordered a Shower Protector spray, again I returned under the distant selling act within the required 7 days and 2 months in I havent got a refund.

American Express has taken up the fight to get my money back and I have complained to their local trading standards.

THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR ITS CUSTOMER, THINK TWICE AND USE SOMEONE ELSE.

P.S I MANAGED TO FIND THE EXACT SAME WATERFALL TAP ON EBAY FOR LESS THAN HALF PRICE!
