As I completed my purchase and pressed enter to send my payment I suddenly saw that I'd ordered the wrong size. Got in touch with sales and they sorted it out immediately for me and the coat was delivered within 2 days. Excellent service, I shall certainly be using Taunton Leisure again.

The ‘great’ experience reflects nothing going wrong! All the small parts of the process from display on the website to a prompt and informed delivery worked as you would hope, which doesn’t happen with ever online seller.

Excellent product, great value and really good customer service help when requested

Very disappointed with the customer service. I returned one of two items and was refused a refund because they claimed the item had no tags. I explained multiple times that I had not removed them, but I was not listened to and made to feel dishonest.

The item was sent back to me before my complaint was properly addressed — and it still had a tag attached, just partially hidden. This shows it wasn’t checked properly at their end. Although I eventually received my refund, there was no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake or the inconvenience caused. This could have been avoided if customer service had simply listened.

Dave and Dom at the Taunton shop were extremely helpful with my queries by telephone to the store, and a later email query was answered within an hour. Amazing stock choice so really impressed with the range of product knowledge by the staff.

Item delivered quickly and at a good price

Ordered, delivered on time. It was foil blankets, so hopefully never required. Ordered them, because when I needed one for someone who had fallen and seriously broken her arm I didn't have one. Luckily someone did have one and the injured lady said how good it was. I ordered two because that day I could have done with one to wrap around me.

Have never heard of Taunton but very pleased with my first purchase of a pair of Keen booties. They seem to do quite a lot of outdoors stuff so will be fun to have a rummage around their shop. 😄 Excellent fast delivery and customer service. So quick to help you and fix any issues. Deserves its top reviews. Would highly recommend! 👍

DPD damaged the package and resealed the bag, but 1 item was missing when it was delivered. Not Taunton Leisure’s fault. They kindly posted the replacement items which I appreciated. Great service and great communication with team. Thanks.

Taunton Leisure provided a great price on a Rab Batura jacket. Far cheaper than anywhere else on the web.

I visited Taunton Leisure's Bristol store today to buy a pair of walking shoes. I received fantastic service: my feet were measured properly and recommendations were made so I found a super pair of shoes that fitted me perfectly. Highly recommended.

Recently bought a coat online from Taunton Leisure, the 2nd time I have done so. It was dispatched the day after ordering, and the lowest price I could find available online (which presumably was the case the 1st time too).
