Very prompt and very helpful service when registering warranty by phone

My ice maker it’s not working I’m very disappointed ☹️

Product is performing well, will know how well in the future.

The whole experience was easy and pleasant.

Recently bought a Teknix fridge and took out an extended warranty. Excellent service.

My contact with Teknix to date is quite restricted as purchase and delivery were conducted via the retailer. However my conversation with Arvin at Tecnix this morning to register my freezers for the two year warranty was both efficient and pleasant. Fingers crossed that should I need to contact them again it will be as efficient.

Good customer service when registering appliance guarantee. However, on using my newly purchased combined washer/drier I am disappointed with the drier part of it .It takes forever to dry ! 😔

Very easy to activate warranty for our new fridge freezer online,Took 2 minutes.

Needed a fridge at short notice. They discussed our needs and were able to deliver exactly what we needed the following day. Price cheaper than online and no delivery charge. All arrangements made within the hour by very pleasant staff. Local company with excellent customer service.

Excellent product delivered & installed with care

I like my new fridge freezer there is more room inside, which is great so when I return from the supermarket I won't have to stack everything so tight together and ontop of eachother, the light inside is impressive it illuminates the whole fridge, my only gripe is a small dent just below the top hinge which is annoying because it is right in my eyeline.
