I think I visited two of your franchises to change ownership. In one franchise, they said that if the change is for 500, the ownership will change. In the other franchise, they said that the change will be for 400. I don't understand.And your franchisees, to whom you have given authorization letters, are quoting two different rates. Then their behavior from now on is such that you tell us that they are working for free and giving us money. Shame on you.And when you people have to give this same SIM, you are distributing it to us like beggars, saying, "Take it, take it, take it." And when we have any work to do, any problem, we have to go to your franchise to get it resolved. So the rude staff you've hired behaves as if they're giving us free work.

Very pathetic service
Very pathetic service, when I subscribe to a package, their service gets down and I get no service with 0 signals, this happens all the time when I subscribe to the service, literally my money is getting wasted in this way. Very poor and 3rd class service by Telenor, it's happening in Tank kpk Pakistan. They are thieves and taking people money in this way. I am just very very disappointed by Telenor and I am going to deactivate the Telenor sim card and get a new sim card of some other network.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Telenor. They're deducting money without my consent, subscribing me to services I didn't ask for, and providing extremely poor service. To top it off, their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful.
Their business practices are deceptive and dishonest. They're thieves, plain and simple. I demand a full refund and cancellation of all unauthorized subscriptions.
Warning to others: Do not trust this company with your money or personal information. They will take advantage of you and leave you with a headache.

Telenor's customer service is extremely disappointing. They don’t listen to customers at all. I activated a package through the MyTelenor app using the "Make My Own Offer" option and selected "One Tap Easypaisa" as the payment method. The money was deducted, but the package was never activated. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but their response was terrible. They either hang up on you or keep saying that Easypaisa is a different department and that they can’t help. If that’s the case, then why are they even collaborating through One Tap Pay?

When customers try to complain, they are told that they “activated the service themselves.” This vague and unhelpful response leaves people even more exasperated. I am not able to do the clear conversation on sim call even in Rawalpindi city. The situation of internet connectivity is also very bad.
Telenor unauthorized Subscription
Telenor subscribed me for an unwanted digital service Koyal and kept stating that I subscribed to the offer. and their customer service insisted that I would have clicked some link by mistake, when I tried it by myself just clicking to the link doesn't subscribe service, there are 2, 3 steps involved that cant be done by mistakenly clicking a link. All their promotional msgs goes to SPAM and there is no way to click those link, this is 2nd time I am experiencing such problem, they never own this. plus subscription was made at 6am morning the time I am always sleeping.
