they guys are looting peoples with different stantus.
pathetic service and signal issues.
loyal user since 2005 but now am switching my number to another network just to avoid their scams.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my sim card. I have visited the nearest franchise more that 7 times and have called them more than 10 times. Each of the time I talk to them the guy tells me it will be done within two days. After two days when I call he says it will be done next week on Monday. This has been going on for more then 3 weeks and the problem is not resolved yet.

My experience with the telenor is about 6 to 7 years. For a year I had experienced that the network didn't work well, poor quality of internet speed and even sometimes you can't even make a call. I complained many times, the only help I got that is just a endless time that we are resolving technical issues. This network some times get that much slow that you can't even able to use 2g speed.. Now, I am relying on my another network, that is atleast reliable in some ways.

Very bad experience especially I needed a package of first call unlimited offer in 5+tax, waiting so long and didn't get the confirmation message. Then I called on my balance and they deducted my balance of call as well as my package... First time taken this package, will never trust telenor now onwards. Plus also changing my number onto zong now:((

I am giving one star because I can't give 0.The worst company ever and have just focus on making money. No service no speed not anything else.

Thieves in my opinion.

They took my money for a package. They didn't provide the package. I sent a complaint in. I paid AGAIN for another package. They replied to the complaint claiming there was no issue as I had the package- ignoring the fact that they had been REPEATEDLY informed that I had paid AGAIN for another package.

Save yourselves the hassle, don't use Telenor.

I hope these thieves and their families receive the same treatment in life.

Telenor is mashaallah only cellular service in Pakistan that goes down with electricity break down. They are eager to offer multiple packages to user for internet that doesn't browse
I have to go MNP twice with and final switch this time from this so called 4G network

telenor provide bad quality of internet. i have 4G device and phone but the download speed 49kb, 50kb most time.
i humble request please provide better internet speed.

Telenor network is very very very poor💩........no speed........No network.....so please improve your network 🙏.

I am using this service since last 10 years but more recently my contacts often complains that I am not reachable and whenever I look at my mobile screen the signals level is very poor although their towers are nearby but still have coverage problem. Upon complaining to the call center they ask me about my cell phone make and model. Better to update your system and regular maintenance to satisfy consumers.

I am using this service since 2010, this is one best services provider in Pakistan. With different bundle or packages for there customers is very good. but now day Mobile Data is much more expensive.

I was using any other network for internet usage, and literlly changed two networks in a single month duration. A friend suggested me to use telenor, so I got the network shifted to telenor, now mostly in remote areas, i won't have to be worried about signal problems. internet is working great and packages are good.

Worst service ever and the customer service is also at its worst, no professionalism and ethics i have been complaining for months now and nothing at all then apologizing.
