Very disappointed. Making us fool showing wrong amount on internet packages.

I am a pioneer telnor user and it used to be soo good but since a year it internet has become pathetic now i want to shiftn to either zong or mobilink. im so done with telenor

Fix these service problem.

It used to be goo, infact one of the best, but since 2022 outages due to fiber cuts, the service has not been restored properly. the speeds are abysmal at best. and its not a one off thing, all across punjab from Isb to Lhr for the entire year and half the service has been useless. I get decent upload speeds, upto 40mbps at times, but download speed is 4mbs max when it does work rarely but most of the time u get 500kbps-1mbps max. absolute garbage experience for over a whole year.

They claim 4G network. However, it is 3G because walkie talkie of police or military or security guard can alter low frequency signals, It is unbelievable these government employees are allowed to bring home their equipment and their kids get to play corporate espionage. worst speed since forever.

I have been facing a lot of issues lately and today it was the worst day when I opened a ticket with them the support guy Rehan was the name I believe was very rude, and noncooperative, and left the chat and my issue is still there. Also, I wanted to know if I am allowed to abuse them here ?

Telenor offers an app known as MyTelenor. It provides for payment of bills using the "Recharge" tab. I made the mistake of trusting their app and making payment of the bill, which appeared nowhere as no credit against my connection was given. When I contacted Telenor customer service they acknowledged the payment and informed me that the payment would be reversed and would be credited back to my credit card. On 17th Oct 22 they informed that the amount has been reversed and would be credited back to the card within 07 days. It never happened. Following repeated reminders, they promised to look into the delay, and after about three months, they closed my complaint by stating that the payment was reversed on October 17th. My reply that there is difference between reversing payment on their end and crediting it back to me, and that this was the whole issue involved in the complaint, fell on deaf ears. I've finally written off my money having been ripped off by Telenor. Still can't believe how a company like Telenor thrives by cheating its customers.

Something called Gamebox is taking money from my account and when I tried to find out who and what this is, I was redirected to telenor! I can’t get answers from anyone and can’t find out how to unsubscribe!! HELP!!!

Telenor is My favorite sim but now a days the internet is very cheap internet won't be working properly in swabi maneri please improve your internet speed

Wherever i move in Pakistan there is no signals or network of telenor.

I reside at Islamabad/rwp after using telenor services for past years I conclude that this is the pathetic network i ever had. 1 mb internet speed with the ping more than 100. I shifted to zong now.

Hello telenor, I’ll request for that , like you better know, everyone not used internet, I’ll saw your packages just internet what’s app with Facebook tweets and more , but I can’t see any one single package for those who need only telenor minutes without internet so please make some package just on telenor minute or others , best regards

Non serious, fraud company, never care about there customers, they started looting to their customer and they are not solving issues like fraud balance deduction, slow speed internet issues etc.

It's been a few weeks telenor service is not working properly in district karak tehsil banda daud shah airia landoki mardankheil tower village kundi side. one month earlier was very good 4G plus signals but now the signals are continually buffering and blinking for more than two weeks. Please do something about. Fix the problem

Non serious, fraud company, never care about there customers, they never get back to you for what you complaint but i must say know how to waste money to make ads and manipulate customers.
