Really quick delivery, ordered the bed on Tuesday morning,had it by wednesday night, delivery driver was brilliant kept in touch with updates of delivery time frame, then offered to build it when he arrived, bed and mattress good quality,will definitely order again in the future.

Delivery was re scheduled twice in one day and finally arrived at 9.50pm

Items were delivered next day after order. Earlier before schedule.

Being disabled I specifically asked for them to assemble the bed for me. They said they would and that I would have to pay the delevery guys £20 cash to do so. The bed was delivered at almost 11pm, the driver left it at the door and ran off saying he had another delivery in Stoke. I had tp pay £35 the following day to pay someone to assemble it. The company then fobbed me off with standard "Complaint replies".

I bought a double bed yesterday it arrived when unpacked it was damaged i have since phoned them at first was all intrested now they are no intrested so please beaware people they are not to be trusted they only want your money stay will clear from them they also use the name of mordern furniture on watts app

The communication through WhatsApp was awful and I was given a delivery slot of between 4 and 6pm.that slot passed so I tried to contact through WhatsApp I didn't get a reply until around 7.15 the bed arrived at around 7.45.the solo delivery guy refused to bring my bed and mattress upstairs stating that they are not required to!which contradicts what the company says,I am 50 with copd lung disease and was alone with a teenager so I confronted him about this and he shouted do not speak to me like that.he also said he wasn't late because he doesn't start work until after 6pm so there was noway I would of recieved my order between the 4 and 6 pm slot I was given!the bed itself is OK but not the greatest and if you require it to be delivered upstairs i wouldn't bank on that happening because it seems each driver makes their rules and many arw lazy that don't want to do the job they are paid for!I still have had no contact from the company regarding my complaints!poor service overall with a mediocre product!

Excellent service. Ordered the night before within 24hrs my bed was delivered. From initial contact / order to the drivers delivering it communication was outstanding
