Received a phone call within an hour of ordering saying they would deliver in the next 3 hours. Another call 2 hours later saying they didn't have the plush velvet divan I had ordered but could bring me the plain fabric instead. 3 hours later they delivered 2 units in sealed bags but one half of the divan was dirty, the lining was frayed and the edges ripped. Also no inserts where the feet should go. The headboard insert had a broken thread as well. All pretty low quality stuff. I know the bed was cheap but it Looks like they tried to palm off a sub standard return on me hoping I wouldn't notice. Sent a video to complaints dept the next day who said they would send to management within 24-48 hrs so it remains to be seen what happens next.

Excellent service kept me up to date and delivery guys where very nice, accommodating polite and friendly.
Would definitely recommend.

Paid £837 for wardrobes. Plus installation fees cash on the day !! The installation is a disaster and unsafe. The back has come away, the drawer bottoms fell out, and the top is completely unattached and sways when touched. The sliding door was fitted wrong so a metal mechanism is actively chipping the glass.
Management read my formal messages on WhatsApp after failing to reply to my email of complaint and ignored my messages . Unprofessional and dangerous. The Bank and Trading Standards are now involved. Avoid!

Great customer service. I payed online for a friend. When my friend got the text to say they are delivering they said cash on delivery. I messaged them. They instantly replied and checked and apologised. They contacted driver to correct error. Super speedy, super good. Very pleased. My friend said the delivery went good. No worries. Would happily recommend.

Bed ordered and paid for but not delivered. They dont answer phones or emails. Even tried the Chat feature, asked when I would get my bed and they disappeared. This site is a scam do not go near it.
I dont believe all the great reviews, I think they are fake to try and con more people

Easy to order delivered next day as promised. Decent bed for the price was slightly late out of the 2 hour delivery slot but the driver was very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent quality and service! Beautiful thick mattress and the quality of the woven fabric finish on the divan is beautiful. Communication was excellent and delivered next day. Same day delivery was also available but I ordered too late in the day to get it. Highly recommended. Great value for money!

Quality of the bed is fantastic (considering it was so reasonably priced). Delivery was next day- drivers kept me up to date as there was a hold up on motorway and gave me the option for the following day delivery instead (as it was so late). Cannot fault this company. Excellent communication and quality.

Delivery was fine bed came set it up slept in in 3 night got up early hours to use bathroom and there was a loud crack the bed went down at the foot part when I looked there was a lump sticking out contacted them to.see what they could do about it and was told that the bed was delivered with no faults so they won't do nothing about is so had to go and buy another bed they wouldn't even give a partial refund so would never recommend to anyone else to use the stay well away go for a different company

Good bed, quick delivery, good communication to help before buying and they try work around when you’re gonna be home to take the delivery 👍

Avoid this "company". They tried to deliver at 1am... then they blamed it on us for being asleep for not answering. after being phoned many times (it took 20 attempts to get through to someone on one day) they said they'd deliver it during the next week. The next week came and they didn't deliver and their excuse was "the van has broken down".

So we tried emailing, no response, tried phoning 3 different numbers and no response.

I imagine a lot of these positive reviews on here are fake too, there's no way they could be rated this highly otherwise

Ordered this bed Wednesday morning and received by 6pm

I ordered a bed from here and was told the next day it would be delivered the afternoon of the day after. I took off work for this so i wouldn’t miss the delivery. They then didn’t deliver at all that day and didn’t even think to let me know that it was gonna be delayed. I had to cancel my plans for this and was severely annoyed. They then woke me up at 7am on my day off to yet again tell me it would be delivered that afternoon and to make sure i was available. I then heard absolutely nothing so called to inquire about where the driver was and the number they gave me was out of service. Only after two and a half hours of waiting did i receive an update from the driver themselves saying it would be an hour past the estimated delivery time. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and would not order from here again.

Absolutely perfect bed, and the whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend this Company and will be purchasing from them again. 10 out of 10 for the delivery service too. Thank you
