I didn’t ask these people to do anything for me, I looked at their website, signed nothing but keep getting officious emails telling me what I must do.

Well what this company needs to do is stop threatening me with legal jargon.

The company has kept me up to date during the entire time period.

I have been kept upto date with everything I just keep getting other companies asking me for my Driving licence/passport I have told them repeatedly that I have you guys dealing with me it's so frustrating
