Constantly harassing to get the same information over and over again.

I am bored of this now. Dozens of emails, no action. Just drawn out nonsense.

I've said tens of times the signature page you keep sending me does not work. Also there are Agreements with VW you cannot find and I don't have the numbers. A frustrating experience dealing with you and I may cancel my instructions if it continues this way.

You have asked me on the latest information update today 31/7/26 for driving license and photo identification I have already sent this information to you months ago, please check your records Many thanks

Keep trying to release myself from this company but emails bounce back. Send endless emails telling you absolutely nothing. Total waste of time. Avoid.

Always kept updated on all aspects

I have tried to cancel my claim within the 14 days cooling off period by email. I was told to do this by the portal which I could not get onto. This was with in 7 days. So I emailed back and told them I couldn’t get onto the portal and to accept my email as my cancellation request. I didn’t hear nothing for 8 days obviously taking me over the 14 day cooling off period, asking for my driving licence info again, as I have to go through the portal they are stating.
I refuse to re upload my licence, as they know my identity as they have been emailing me. I have also pointed out twice occasions plus this attempt, in writing via email I have requested to cancel the claim and it’s taken them over a week to reply which is a delay tactic. They claim they are not allowing me to cancel.
Be very careful obviously I have the proof I have noticed them of my right to cancel if I need it at any time. My experience shows they are not a very trustworthy firm. Take from this as you will.

Probably the qorst company ive gone with. Nothing but a bad experience. Ive put in a car finance claim which the finance company has confirmed. Ive called the claims guys so ao many times left them several voice messages over the last several months. Ive sent them so many emails, they have not even bothered to contact me back and neither have they bothered to reply to any of my emails. They have countlessly sent me emails upon emails to do a electronic signiture. How many do you need at this point ive lost trust and thinking of moving my claim as these guys dont want to bother, bad customer service at this point ive lost confidence if my clqim os going to get anywhere. And please stop messaging me over and over again for signatures please.

I am certain that all your clients are absolutely fed up with constant updates that actually don't inform you of anything it didn't the previous time and always being asked for identification when it has been provided on numerous occasions.

Absolutely fed up with trying to contact this unprofessional company time and time again!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer to a specific question. Additionally their CONSTANT request for yet another signature to be sent to the companies they are trying to claim compensation from. I must have sent half a dozen so far and STILL receive instructions to sent another!!!

You are again asking for all my personal details which i have provided for each case several times,! If my details have not changed, why should i gave to submit them again.????

I am constantly being requested to provide my signature via their portal. I have done this now a few times, but I am reluctant to provide it again unless they contact me directly and explain exactly why this info is required. My signature has not changed so why request it again. I am starting to disbelieve that these people are best placed to handle my claim.

Very professional in all they do and have done, very pleased with the progress made and the updated communication regarding all details, anticipated future needs of lenders needs and wants.

I am repeatedly getting correspondence from you, a solicitor and Consumer rights. Each asking different things. I have rang up many many times and nobody is available, you do not return calls . I have emailed many many times and agin you dont reply. Who the hell am I dealing with. No explanation, No communication, No replies. Very poor, Extremely poor.

Very disappointed with Claims Guys Legal. My claim has been ongoing for over a year, yet the only updates I seem to get are requests to sign more documents. There has been very little communication about any real progress.

I understand these cases can take time, but after more than a year I expected much better. I’m fed up with the delays and lack of meaningful updates.
