Had this claim going for 2 and half years now all i get is rubbish emails about they have contacted the company and are awaiting a reply. I might just block there emails there a joke!

Communication is the key aspect of the service.

Dont seem to do anything for you they say they are keep asking for same information over and over and over again having to keep sending them docs then for them to keep fobbing you off with there a delay this delay that.. this has been a few years battle with these people I believe they are scammers they aint trying to help you they helping themselves... if you see this avoid these people fight via another company this company is useless
