Worst company ever
Not only did the ‘organizer’ flood my dishwasher, she made my closet and its contents practically impossible to use. When I requested a different organizer, they blamed me for all of it and stole the remainder of my money. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever use this horrible company! They are cheaper for a reason. Additionally, because they did not refund the money they owed me, I submitted a claim to the better business bureau.

That is not stealing. Per our communication logs, you requested a refund a full month after your project concluded, stating you were unhappy with the result. We denied that request, but offered to return to find a fair resolution (even though we were not required to do so under our agreed service terms).
More importantly, to address this situation with the utmost empathy and emotional understanding, we cannot help but feel concerned by what has become a three-year season of continuous harassment. Your ongoing behavior toward our staff, and, quite frankly, toward yourself, is highly telling and inappropriate. It is unclear what this fixation is or what you are attempting to achieve, but we promise you, it is not creating any negative impact or drawing the attention you are hoping for.
Over the past three years, we have implemented effective procedures to protect our team from your online harassment and personal attacks, ensuring our organizers remain unaffected by such behavior. We have not engaged or spoken with you in three years. Yet, nearly every month since, you are either directly messaging a staff member or leaving false reviews under shifting aliases. We understand that life can be difficult and that dealing with daily hardships is a heavy burden. However, this outlet is highly counterproductive. This prolonged fixation suggests that something in your life has been causing you deep distress over the last three years, and projecting intimidation onto others has become your primary coping mechanism.
Ultimately, we are responding today in hopes it will bring you some closure or relief. You can leave a million false reviews under a million different names; it will not trigger any negative, unprofessional reaction from us, nor will it impact our business. We genuinely wish you well and hope you find the support and peace you need/looking for.
