Really great products that make wonderful gifts for yourself or others and love the limited edition drinks sets….the sliquers are all fantastic for so many different cocktails and hoping this range may expand

Boxes had been opened prior to delivery. Three week wait and no notifications.

Order arrived smashed. No response from customer care emails. Poor show!

Order the Tropical cooler kit in May, received a week later, I opened the package straight away, and found one of the rum bottles broken. I sent an email with photo of the broken bottle, asking for a replacement of the bottle, no reply except for the auto reply.
Again after another week emailed, asking for a pre-paid label to return the kit, and a refund of my payment.
As with the other reviews no replies to my emails, an awlful customer service.
Maybe in their auto reply it should say “we will completely ignore any emails sent to us, rather then we will get back to you with a (human response) within the next 24 hours.

It just gets worse!
Finally arrived with no explanation. But guess what? Only the £10 product (citrus cocktail) from a £50 order. Other product missing (expensive birthday cocktails ordered for April birthday). No explanation but full amount taken. No phone line to ring and previous experience of emailing = no response. They also included a garnish with the kit (orange boba) which are clearly perishable. Arrived in 2023 with “use by March 2022” label. You could not make this up. Will never use this company again and encourage others to do the same. Citrus cocktail ordered looks nothing like the advertised version and tasted awful. Fairly sure one of the other ingredients also out of date. Not even confident instructions are correct. The original order was a birthday cocktail for an April birthday we should have had the amount refunded. Awful .

Received a Christmas edition box in May instead of my order which I paid full price for. It was a gift for someone so I needed to return it however all my emails and messages have been ignored.

Wrong order sent out. Cancelled order wasn’t cancelled. I did get a refund in the end but no answers from any email details on site. What did arrive was pretty tacky looking. Def not recommended.

Do not use!! They never send the items and they never reply back to email, Facebook messenger

I placed an order on 1st May 2023, and it still hasn't arrived. Iv contacted them via their online forms, email, Instagram and Facebook and had no response. The card has been charged the full amount. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Beware - they will take your money but won’t deliver your goods!
I placed an order 3 weeks ago but it was never dispatched. I have emailed twice but there has been no reply.

Reading the reviews looks like i've been done over too, ordered on the 14th of April, nothing... 3 emails, nothing. Gutted as used these a few times and were great but seems something has gone massively wrong.

Wife ordered cocktails on April 27. No delivery, no communication. Contacted them 6 times via email and website, no response. Have used them before, will not use them again.

Have used this company many times over the years. Accepted generally later deliveries but this time I have had no response from them having ordered on the 14th of April and e-mailed on the 18th to enquiry on delivery date.

This is a gift as part of a 40th Birthday which I need for the 27th. I thought I would at least have a confirmation of delivery date but no - nothing.

Hope it arrives soon.

Sad situation.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. I still have not had a response from you despite countless emails. Please see my previous review rather than me repeating myself.

They used to be soooo good but recently their customer service is non existent.
I placed an order online back on the 2nd March 2023 (7 weeks ago) and they took my money but never shipped the goods. I've emailed several times but no one ever replies!? Theres no phone number, so I can't get hold of anyone. I'm extremely disappointed, as they used to be very reliable and their products are fantastic (when they deliver them!). I now have no other choice but to pursue this via my credit card company :-(
