Customer service is non-existent. Part of my order was missing. After emailing numerous times asking for the issue to be remedied and receiving no response, I am pursuing a refund through my c/c. Avoid this company.

Another one star review to add to the growing list I've read. Have ordered previously and enjoyed the product. Sadly, the customer service from this company is non existent. As many below have said, I've tried emails, Facebook messages, and Instagram messages but have had no reply at all. There seems to be no way at all to get in touch with this company yet they seem happy to continue taking money from their customers.

Wow, so many bad reviews recently, which is such a shame when the product is so good. Sadly I am about to add another bad review! My order number is 43255, and despite multiple attempts to contact you since 23rd March I have yet to receive any sort of reply other than one standard email saying you would be in touch within 24hours! The order was mistakenly returned to you by Royal Mail on 18th March am still trying to get it redelivered! Do you actually have anyone who deals with customer service?

Odd one this. I would genuinely say their product is one of the greatest I’ve ever had. Brilliant set. Superb flavours. Wow factor etc. but you just cannot get hold of anyone there when it goes wrong and unfortunately it goes wrong a lot. My hope is they get their act together and start improving their professionalism as their product is to die for.

Absolutely useless customer service, nobody is replying and it's been 10 days since I've emailed. I also tried to contact on messenger with no luck. I placed an order for a bottle of liqueur and cocktail subscription. Only received the bottle of liqueur. I've send pictures of my package with tracking number on the box. The box could only fit the bottle, nothing else would fit, it is obvious. Where is the cocktail subscription?? Straight after my order was placed, subscription was out of stock. Very strange. Makes me think that it was out of stock when I paid for it, but being a useless company, nobody bothers to contact their customers to let them know. I see from other reviews, that others have a similar experience. Very fast to take your money though. I will be trying to claim through my credit card. Shocking that business can be so ignorant, do they not care about good reviews? Obviously not...

Edited. The sets are great and received my 3 months subscription every month, however customer service is non existent. This will be the reason I won't order again. Shame.

I originally received a Berry sliquer cocktail mix set as a present but loved it so much, had to order the berry sliquer for myself. The experience was great, delivery well managed and prompt and is now my favourite ‘me’ treat after a long week. Great shaken with gin, ice and juice of half a lime. Don’t miss it!

Initial order was delivered late. No communication. Third order arrived with smashed bottle and it took 9 days to respond to my message on their site. And even then the reply was only asking for my order number with no apology. Clearly no customer service culture and a lack of care once they have you on board. Avoid! There are many other cocktail subscription companies to choose from. I wish I had!

Dreadful customer service.

I ordered the advent calendar and cracker combo in November and despite 10+ attempts to get in touch with your customer service, I’m still yet to receive a reply. There doesn’t appear to be a published phone number to call and no reply to emails.

Beyond appalling customer service. I bought the advent calendar as a gift and two sliquers were missing. I contacted The Coctkail Man on the 29th December and despite sending several emails and getting in touch on messenger I am yet to receive the missing items. It’s been radio silence to my emails and I was promised via messenger on 31st Jan that the replacement had been processed but I am still yet to receive anything.

we so enjoyed our Christmas Cracker cocktails, that I ordered Cocktail kits again for our valentines dinner on 02/02/23. When they still hadnt arrived by 09/02/23, I checked the order status via their web chat - apparently my order was yet to be fulfilled , so I messaged to ask for an update. No response. No cocktail kit by Valentines day either :-( Since then I have tried to contact the Cocktail Man by email, Web Chat, web message, instagram message & facebook comment. NO response (even though their socials are still active ).I have run out of means of contact to request a refund for my non-delivered order. Where are you @The Cocktail Man ? and where is my refund ?!

It was a christmas gift, arrived in plenty of time, think my sister really enjoyed the cocktsils.

Ordered 2 advent calendars but only one has arrived. The option to track deliveries is disabled on their website so cannot follow up with courier directly.
Emails to their customer service address go unanswered. Chat box does not work. Completely feckless customer service. I have resorted to emailing every email address on their website on the off chance that someone might respond.
Judging by Trust Pilot our experience isn’t unique.
You’ll come because of the excellent product (it’s great if it arrives) but leave due to the abominable service.
After posting this review, I was contacted by The Cocktail Man who offered to send the missing calendar. I have chased a number of times but still no sign of calendar and all emails unresponded, The worse thing a company can do is say that they will fix something and then fail to do so.
I have requested a refund and will chargeback if not response.

Love the cocktails but disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered an advent calendar, one of the doors was empty and missing the Fleur de Seville gin and garnish. I emailed 9th Jan requesting a replacement and sent a Facebook message but no reply to either. Not sure I would order again in case of other issues. Edit - 1st Feb just received my missing items in the post. No emails to say they were doing this (I have checked junk etc.). Happy they must have picked up my email and have sorted the issue but they need to work on communication.

Nicely packaged but expensive for what it included

Ordered a gift subscription for my brother and sister in law on 20th Dec, had a shipment notification on the 29th for which no tracking details have been supplied. I have followed up by email and via Instagram several times over the last week without a single response.

I ordered 4 advent calendars from them on 2 separate orders (and a couple of additional items on the second order). Only one order of 2 arrived (no additional items), but in 2 separate shipments. After waiting 10 days (delays due to postal strike weather etc are to be expected), I asked where the other two were and they said both my orders had been fulfilled, sent proof of delivery and said that was that. Luckily, I still had the boxes that the two individual advent calendars had been delivered in a week earlier with the tracking stickers attached so I can clearly show that the tracking numbers they are providing me with do not match what they are claiming has been delivered - the boxes are too small!

We we’re very happy with our subscription. The cocktails arrived on time, the packaging and ideas behind them were original and they tasted really good! The ingredients were high end. Would definitely recommend it

Multiple emails sent and no reply for a week

Finally company offered a replacement but will not be sent until the following month.

Also subscription normally has everything included but this time there was no cranberry juice with it. Seems odd not to include a crucial ingredient

Dreadful experience with this company. We (my sister and I) ordered a beautiful cocktail gift for our father, (to be delivered in 3-5 working days) which never arrived. At least, not until 2 full weeks later…. We’d had no idea that he had not received his birthday present until an email arrived 2 weeks later with a delivery date….. Needless to say I emailed straight back with a full complaint…. To absolutely zero response from this shocking company with no customer service. I would urge you NOT to use them unless you are ordering well in advance, otherwise, Avoid like the plague.

For reference, we ordered 01/07/22 shipping method quoted as “3-5 business days”!!!
