The product arrived broken. It’s been 2 weeks, they had no more stock and they are yet to collect or refund.

I initially left a negative review and I am very happy to rectify that. DJ Shop sorted a problem, which I gather was not necessarily of their making(?) It was worth having a problem to just to find how decent the guys are.
They were really helpful, friendly and dealt with everything straight away. Going by their standards they will be my go-to shop. You know when the DJ teases the crowd and just at the right moment slips in that remix everyone is talking about but not heard; and the floor goes crazy: DJ Shop magic.

Very Quick Reliable Service

I found almost the exact same 6 lamp sound sensitive multicoloured lamp set that I bought 8 years ago, but recently stopped working. The new set arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was competitively priced, quite possible less expensive than in 2018

Another great product which had only just been launched, delivery was fast, ordering was easy with a wide range of payment options,ive been using the DJ shop for a few years now and will continue to do so in the future,i highly recommend this store, excellent DJ shop.

I ordered a Neo XLR cable for my high end dj equipment and monitor speakers. I had to deal with 6 months of an unbearable high pitched noise and buzz before I finally narrowed it down to the wires. And for context I have been back and forth with multiple shops over all my items as I was unsure what the fault was.

I narrowed it down to the xlr cables. Contacted the DJ shop. My item has 1 year warranty so I was well within their uptight terms and conditions. I contacted them regarding this fault and I was met with nothing but negativity and hostility as if I was a liar. All my dj equipment was brand new, hence why it’s taken my 6 months to figure out with item was faulty. Nothing was faulty except that xlr cable. And it was faulty from the start. Not sure what equipment you’re testing the cable on but clearly nothing good. I have since gotten upgraded xlr cables and the noise is gone!!!! It’s a miracle. I, of course, did not get the upgrade cable from this shop because they denied there being a fault. When there most definitely is.

I contacted Sam on the 26th of January, and he failed to answer my question regarding shipping. He said all I need to do is send the item to them and they will do the rest. Implying that they will return it to me. If I was told I would need to pay the returns fee also then I would never have bothered. Now they have my broken wires and will most likely sell it on again because they know I will never drive down to England to get it. I’m from Scottish highlands and to pay postage both ways for this item would equal a higher price than just buying new cables… and this shop had the audacity to tell me to just drive down and get it then… how rude of them. To even tell me to drive down angered me beyond belief. How horrible of a customer service.

And now I’m battling to even keep my negative review up as they keep flagging it and forcing me to edit. My cable was 1000% causing the issue as my new cable solved the 6 month problem. No where does it say on their website that redeliveries for returns must also be paid… Nor was I informed about their delivery policy when I asked about it on 26th January. It was Sam who I spoke to and he was beyond rude and unhelpful. I’ve never spoken to a company that responded to me so bluntly, especially when I was nothing but nice and polite to them.

I will never shop here and I suggest you do the same. You will find much better prices elsewhere and will receive much better customer service elsewhere. This shop has fine small print policies and will not honour the 1 year warranty. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!

Been here a few times and each time I have never failed to get fantastic customer service. The guys here are very knowledgable and always happy to help. If they stocked fruit n veg, I’d even do my weekly shop here.
