Found the experience easy and without the annoying pushy sales speech. Ryan and Aaron were clear and helpful and came up with the best prices out of the 3 companies I dealt with for both Gas and Electric over 2 sites. They also arranged that all contracts now end at the same time which will be helpful in the future. I would recommend getting a quote from this company.

We needed to sort out a new contract going forward for our Bowling Club. From first contact with Michael and Luke they couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was fully explained. Quotes were given quickly and when I explained that I needed to take quotes to committee Luke updated me on morning of meeting as promised. Unlike other companies that were after our business.
Luke was very patient with me when it came to the computer side of completing the contract as I am not up with the latest technology.
Would recommend the Energy Supermarket to anyone wanting good old customer service.

Company failed to deliver on promises and has been the worst experience Ive had in 40 plus years. Not only did they fail to put a contract in place despite me going through it in fine detail which costs me extra time and money, they simply made no impact on helping when these contracts went wrong and Ive had to spend hours of my time rectifying the issues ( this was one of the promises that they sold me on ) Avoid them

We have been using TES for several years now, they handle the contracts smoothly, and with no unnecessary pushing that other brokers normally practice.

Outstanding service from the Energy Supermarket. Working with Connor Giles was poetry in motion. I came to him in a state of confusion. We were in a mess financially with our utility’s suppliers to the tune of £40K. I was desperate for guidance. Connor took time to listen to my ramblings. At the end of my conversation, he simply said “I can help you with that”. I was sceptical but hopeful. Connor took on the problem and worked tirelessly to find a solution. He was professional and patient while he guided me through the process. He gave me great advice with clear communication every step of the way. Needlessly to say, he secured a rebate of over £14K which has put us in pretty good stead and the light at the end of the tunnel is not an oncoming train. Connor, (aka Sweetie) my team and I would like to thank you for your hard work and diligence. And you are welcome to pop in anytime you are in South London.

I had not used this kind of service for setting up energy supply for a church but decided to try it. Connor and Aaron were extremely helpful in getting me a much better deal than I could have managed myself. They also made sure I could clearly see where I was saving and were transparent about how much they made from it. Great stuff! They also said that they would act as customer service if I had any issues. Well, an issue with one of the suppliers did crop up and, true to their claim, Connor sorted it out for me in a trice. After Receiving the initial call from Kai offering to looking into the rates for our Electric and Gas, I did not hold out much hope, however I found Kai to be very knowledgeable and helpful, he passed me onto Luke and they came back with competitive pricing, I then decided to go ahead and use them the process was simple and easy.
