Just signed up with the help of Lee & Luke for our energy contracts. They don't kick in until Dec, but up till now both the L's have been quick and efficient. Also a shout out to Chris who is looking in to a better water price for us too.

At first point of contact Lynn was excellent and knowledgable - after giving me lots of information she asked a colleage(please check his name as I can't remember sorry) - called me within 5 minutes and agreed to sort out the query - brillian sevice from both of them thank you!!

I was contacted by Sam from The Energy Spermarket because the dreaded new contracts were coming up for our business, I felt very much at ease talking to Sam, I was very interested in what he had to say and he impressed me with his good manner, not pushy like some energy brokers gave me a chance to think about things, he then passed me over to Aaron who looked at the energy contracts, Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and he got us an amazing deal, in which we actually saved a fair chunk of money. I have been in charge of our energy contracts for the last 30 years so you can imagine I have dealt with a lot of brokers, always the same story, well your energy bills will go up, it’s just the market. Not so with Aaron from Energy Supermarket he got us a great deal and for the first time ever saved us a good chunk of cash. We are a voluntary run charitable organisation where every penny counts.
I cannot thank Sam and Aaron enough for a fantastic service, for their knowledge of the energy business and best of all for lower bills. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for great energy prices.

Very Efficient in dealing with the new contracts.

Initially the Rates on the Total Energy contract were different to the initial quotation, so they had to be done again. After that, after signing, the contract automatically went on to the Direct Debit authority which I cannot sign, not being an authorised signatory with the bank. The whole thing had to be done again with the name of a bank signatory for signature - but we got there in the end. NOTE TO TRUSTPILOT . . . Use English, not American Twaddle re. spelling of authorised.

Callum has been extremely helpful in helping us with an issue we have with our local water supplier, managing to speak to people in departments we struggled to contact. He has also provided great advice about electric and with the help from his colleague Aaron managed to help us sign up for a 26 month electric package to take us from 2029 to 2031 at a slightly better rate than we have now which is pretty amazing bearing in mind that we signed up for our current package in January before the Middle East troubles.

I have recently signed a number of new energy contracts with TES - I dealt primarily with Aaron Ryder and also with Keith Burnett - I found them both to be extremely knowledgeable about the energy market and straight forward with their advice. As the market is moving so fast, there is an element of not waiting around, but at no time did I feel I was under pressure to proceed - it is early days for our relationship but so far so good!

Callum has been helping us with an issue with one our providers. He has been relentless in trying to solve this. He is friendly and has been extremely helpful to us.

Can’t not praise the service experienced by TES enough. Chris has always been friendly, willing to listen, and knows exactly what he is doing. More recently he helped me with a issue with our new energy supplier. Thanks Chris.

I dealt with James walmsley mainly he helped me move my electric over to nearly half price and was extremely helpful, I also dealt with Chris in customer service he helped with some other problems I’d been having, I would 100% recommend this company and would use again in a heartbeat if needed
