First time using energy supermarket. It was the most efficient way to find out what all the suppliers were offering in one place. Customer services was really good during the process. They took the pain out of moving energy supplier.

Have used The Energy Supermarket for a number of years now and have no complaints. Current renewal went through smoothly even though we were having some issues with our metre, we were reassured this would be dealt with and it was within a week.

Jamie and James were very helpful with any queries/concerns I had and clarified points promptly and clearly. I have dealt with them both on previous contracts and there continuity and friendly approach is always appreciated.

We worked with Luke to secure a new deal for our street lighting. Luke worked wonders and saved us hundreds of pounds a month! Previously we had tried to renew our contract independently and found limited suppliers willing to offer us a renewal. Luke was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

Worked with James on a couple of our commercial buildings, who was very helpful listened to what we needed, even the last minute changes were no issue and he got us further savings ahead of signing up for the contract terms. Great delivery of customer service would defiantly recommend.

Aaron Ryder is by far the fastest and most responsive person that I've worked with (possibly ever) when it comes to responding to emails or assisting us with moving our utilities contracts. He's been pleasant and amenable to all our requests so far.
