Somehow this number came up on google trying to contact delta to change my flight time. I believed they were a delta affiliate. Scammed me out of $300 and refused to issue a refund after I confirmed with Delta they were a scam. Agent name was Frank. They made me send a confirmation email that I agreed which I thought was weird but I was rushed through. I asked for a refund and he said it’s not my problem you are confused. Please watch out! I have had to change my credit card number as my bank flagged the transaction as highly unusual and probable fraud. I couldn’t get my money back because bank said I consented. They have the scam well thought out.

People beware, this is a scamming company, they pretended to be agents of united airlines, and charged me for changing a reservation I didn’t make through them, and when I saw the charges made to Fare Master, and called United, who had no records of payment I realized that I got scammed.

Company is a scam. They claim to be flight consolidators and they prey on old people particularly. They never give straight answers and they convince people that they need to upgrade or change their fares on their tickets. They then take your credit card number and charge the upgrade cost to whatever airline you may be flying. They then within 24 hours return the ticket. They do this so they can send you a confirmation number that doesn't work. They then charge another fee, in our case it was $2100, fgor their services. They gthen call back the next day and do the scheme again. And they buy another ticket which they return after they get the confirmation number to send to you and charge you another exorbitant amount, which in our case was $3100. With no explanation of wht the charges are for. And after charging all this money, there is no ticket at all to fly on . They refunded the fare within 3 days. They sent a refunded confirmation number to us. Had we not already purchased a ticket directly from American Airlines, we would have had a refunded ticket. I have a copy of the refund from AA.
This crime was perpugtrated on my 92 year old Aunt who unfortunately is vulnerable and can get confused about the logistics of things. I saw the charges on her credit card statement. I called the credit card company immediately and disputed the charges.

0n 12/6/2022, they phoned my Aunt again and luckily our caregiver caught the phone call. She gave them my number and tried to call me. They then said that we were the scammers and they did nothing wrong and thatg they would both sue us and give it to their lawyers, recorded the conversation without my permission and also said that we would be banned from traveling on American Airlines ever again. They called back multiple times trying to gaslight me into believing we were mistaken and my 92 year old called them and they were doing just what she asked of them. But had no explanation for the fees.

Hi just to let no guys the is a 101℅ scam I tried to book my ticket with Mr sajay Gupta's he is called he called me saying you seen a flight you won't to book in I said yes so few days later I called him I said I won't like to book tickets to Pakistan he said ok. He asked for my name my wife's name and children date off birth after that he said u like to pay by bank or card transfer money to me he said no pay pal accepted. Felt scam I asked him how come you not asking for my passport number he said we don't need that u pay you will get a email tickets to you soon as you pay. I new it's s scam so I said looks to me you scaming me but I was lucky he hung the call up on me please guys don't use this web site ever one been scam please report them you won't get your tickets believe me thank you guys let all off you guys no be careful big scam 101%

Scam. Emailed a "confirmation" with no information about the flight other than the time and company. No flight number, nothing official. Called Delta - nothing on record. Called TM and now they are using every play in the book to get another card from me. The guy even "gave me his word" that I would get a confirmation. Right, because real business operate primarily on employees' promises and vows of honesty.

I was cheated out of more than $2,000 by this company. Do not do business with Fare Masters! When they did not deliver the tickets to me in a timely manner as promised, I asked them to cancel the airline tickets. They did not and they refused to give me my money back.

Complete Scam. Frontier cancelled the flight. It was for my grandfather's funeral. After trying to talk me into going another day, they agreed to send a refund. I didn't receive the email I was promised about the refund. Called the 929 number an absurd amount of times to be hung up on every time. 6 months later, I finally get someone on the phone, and Mike is telling me he doesn't remember our conversation and asking why I didn't call sooner. Now, I'm offered 3 months to use a credit when it has been 6 freaking months since my flight was cancelled! WTAF.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS CRAP COMPANY FOR AIRLINE TICKETS.

Total scam!!! When I noticed how cheesy the email their company sent me looked and I kept getting phone calls from them saying I needed to work out my luggage I k ew it was a bad scene. I cance
led my card and they said they would refund my money however they got me for 133 and I doubt that I will be any different from anyone else.

I Called this company thinking I was calling Air Canada, they picked up and the guy said Reservation. I ask him about the cancellation policy on my ticket which he answered. I told him verbatim do noy make any changes he said yes mam. Next thing you know he cancel my ticket. when I called back the guy said you will have to book a new one and pay extra. I called the airline company they said they can do nothing. so my ticket is cancelled with penalty when I did not ask for no cancellation and the fare masters takes no responsability.

100% Fraud. I called up the number for Axxxx. Airlines and this company answered. Google ads sent me to this phone number when I was looking up Axxxx. Airlines I asked the Faremasters if this was Axxx. Airlines and they said yes....I was booking a flight wi them when my credit card was declined, I told The Faremasters reservationist to cancel the reservation. The Faremasters reservationist on the phone told me the fare was cancelled... Later I called Axxx. Airlines and was booking a flight with the REAL Axxxx. Airlines when I received a text from the faremasters stating trip was booked as well as several text messages... I explained what was happening to the REAL Axxxx... Airlines and they immediately said the Faremasters was a scam. Axxxx. Airlines refunded some of the money but could not refund the other money I paid to the Faremasters.. Rebooked flight with the REAL Axxx Airlines and Fighting this case now with my credit card company for FRAUD. I am about to have to File a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and US Attorney Generals office, my state attorney general's office, and file a local police report. Gotta fight these online credit card scams...... Cannot let them win "EVER".. Told the Credit card company in no uncertain terms I will never pay this charge. NEVER!

They illegally represented themselves as JetBlue and even sent a fake photo of the JetBlue website w an inflated ticket price to prove that it was "real." The gentleman was Indian and pushy. They charged me the actual ticket price from the airline (which is far less than their fake photo) and then illegally charged my card separate for their fees.) The Jet Blue ticket they booked had all the wrong information on it too! I have spent the last 12 hours on the phone trying to fix this mess and close out my debit card! They even sent texts pretending to be Jet Blue AND Bank of America! I have alerted both Jet Blue and Bank of America fraud departments.
Funny how they pulled down their high ranking google ad. Now they will be doing this same thing operating under a different name. Hope the investigations finally catch up to these guys! Shameful.

This is a scam company. dont trust and loose your money and peace. They called saying they are from united and took my money and never issued ticket. Then after dispute with credit card co they called as Citi bank and agian took details and called my citi bank and told that I accepted the amount. worst travel ageny.

The biggest scam ever!!! Do not trust this company!!! I’ve purchased the ticket for a very good price, one of the Indian representatives called me back and said that price went up and they need me to confirm the price and go ahead with the confirmation. While I was on hold I decided to Google them first and saw those reviews. Thanks God I did it and trusted my intuition.

Scam! I called them thinking they were JetBlue and they promised my ticket was valid when I went to the airport I had to buy another ticket. Beware it’s important to make sure you are calling JetBlue not a scam Company that has there number online and claims to be JetBlue

SCAM. They represented they were JetBlue agents. Their service number showed up on google search next to the legitimate customer service number. I’m furious with my self for not realizing what was going on.

Biggest scam operation I have witnessed. Ruthless with no remorse and utterly disgraceful and shameful.
The person who was clearly indian was agressive and rude, first he chastized me about my choice of flying in KLM, and that I should stick with Delta.
I said its a private choice and still I was getting scolded. He also said there are no KLM flights anyway, but I found one on my computer which he asked me the number for.
Then he gave the total price which seemed too high, around $2500. I said I have to speak to my mother and he assured me he would only have my credit card number as a placeholder and he made me sign some dubious contract. I knew then it was a scam I asked him to cancel everything and he said he will speak to me tomorrow and abrubtly hung up.
He also tried to charge my mothers credit card 2 times but he bank alerted it as fraud and denied the charge.
He insisted they had not taken it but wanted details of my mothers bank statement for their own purposes but had no intension of giving any money back.
I was out $350.00 which may not be a lot but I missed my birthday and my engagement to my fiance.
These people have no morals. Someone should take them down.

Scam!!!! Please stay away from this company!!! Everything everyone has said is true! I should have come here first!

Jimmy Adams is a thief don't ever use faremaster he took my 500 last year up to now he have blocked me on his phone he stopped answering WhatsApp calls he even stole from my mum and gave her vouchers he is very rude and arrogant. From April last year till now thief he should be ashamed of himself I hope karma will teach him a lesson I pray for that

Scam!! Don't waste your time. You give your credit card information for a stated price on an airline. They don't charge you taxes so the airline ticket doesn't get issued. Instead they use this as a way to reach out and tell you didn't pay taxes and to then start negotiating on what they think is a reasonable airfare. Which is a significantly above their state website price. But lower than the airline directly, so they try to malt you feel like they are all giving you a deal.
