Scam!! Don't waste your time. You give your credit card information for a stated price on an airline. They don't charge you taxes so the airline ticket doesn't get issued. Instead they use this as a way to reach out and tell you didn't pay taxes and to then start negotiating on what they think is a reasonable airfare. Which is a significantly above their state website price. But lower than the airline directly, so they try to malt you feel like they are all giving you a deal.

SCAM!!!Be aware I just want other people to be aware for it. For example the faremasters.com or thetravelmakers.us . In May I got one ticket though Aviasales and it opened me a link on one of these website. So I bought it and put my credit card information as always. And then they didn’t send a ticket and on email it’s says that I’ll probably receive it later , but not for sure. So then they started to call me and for almost 2 hours a person I think with Indian accent started to tell me that I purchased a place in a Queue, but if I Come to the airport or doesn’t mean I’ll have the seat for thé price i paid. What they do is trying to convince people to buy pay extra 1-2 hundred and then the seat will be promised. I was in shock but also I fly pretty often so I’ve never heard of it. And when I said ok whatever o want to cancel my flight they didn’t let me do it. I had to lock my card at that time and this recent time too.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM! FRAUD!!! A group of Indian dudes think they are smart, they will give a cheap quote but will not send you anything after you booked, they will call you later and will send an email with higher rates asking to hit reply and copy the text where you give your consent to pay more!! Disagree and do not give permission to charge your card! They have no right to charge it!

Called me just after i booked to tell me the alaskan airlines flight i booked didnt have carry on or backpack included. (Alaskan always does) They tried to sell me nearly an additional $100 to include it. I asked if i could just cancel the whole thing and they said id be charged anyways. I almost paid the extra fee then decided to take the loss and said to cancel the entire transaction. They said "Okay we wont charge you anything" after earlier telling me they would to persuade me to pay for the premium. This is 100% a scam. I called my bank to block the payment just in case. I used sky scanner and found a trip for the same price with the appropriate baggage terms.

i initially bought a plane ticket for $89 and they took another $100. when i complained, they blocked me immediately. this business is manipulative and A SCAM. if i could give them negative stars, i would. i cannot even express my anger in words.

Do not book with this airline they are a scam!!! They use tactics to make you think you can’t book the flight to charge you more!! Do not book with them

Terrible service with chaos in the company. Never contact them again. After they couldn’t deal with ticket they started to maliciously contact through any possible ways.

Never use the company again.

Used Aviasales app which later directed me to thefaremasters for my ticket booking. I booked it online for tickets leaving the next day and then was supposed to get my tickets within 2 hours. I contacted their customer service to find out that the booking did not go through. I was on the phone for an hour with the representative who assisted in getting me the tickets. They give me options and tried to sell me on apparently 3 separate flights and get me onto two instead. They basically conned me into paying for a direct. All in all, the company profited $142 from my ticket booking that I could have done on my own. The tickets were booked but the confirmation came in on the day of travel. Luckily, everything was ticketed and worked as planned. Probably would not recommend going forward.

I booked a ticket with them and didn’t get any response. I called to find out what was going on they told me my ticket was canceled. That the flight was booked for was full. I called BS and asked them to cancel. I advise no one to use this website.

DOOO NOOOT USE THIS SITE!!! This is definitely a SCAM. I spoke to a Henry. I never received my confirmation number, my ticket or seat, and I keep trying to call the number I was given and it doesn’t ring.

THIS IS A SCAM ! BEWARE. The tickets are standby tickets . They couldn't send a receipt because they use their VISA card although, that wasn't what we used to make a payment . Then had the nerve to cut me off repeatedly, when I called them out . Investigation is now open.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! This company is a scam. Booked my flight, got an email for a ticket request? Then a phone call telling me the flight is full and they were trying to put me on a more expensive flight. I said no. If the flight wasn't available that it wouldn't have let me book it in the first place. Told him to just cancel it and was told I could only get a voucher. Told him its a scam and asked for a manager. I was repeatedly told I couldn't talk to one. I got mad and started yelling and I was told thats not how adults speak and got hung up on. No it isn't how adults speak, but when you're trying to get one over on me and steal my money its exactly how I speak. I'm trying to go see my dying aunt and thats how they treat people.

Don’t buy ticket with them. Prices are not
Real. After the reservation they will call you to tell you that the price increased. If you cancel it they still will charge you $120 fee. On the app they don’t mention it. I blocked my credit card. Be careful out there!

Booked a ticket online. Received a “confirmation of my request” and no confirmation of payment even I left my payment information. It’s been a day and still there is no response from the support team. The rest of the reviews seem generated, be aware. Very unpleasant experience.

I was diched by one of the travel agent in United Kingdom they took my money and didn't have me tickets, it was very difficult for me to trust any other agency But THE FARE MASTERS sales team proved me wrong and earned my trust in them , so I would recommend them to all my friends and relatives to book with them as this company will give you hassle free service and they are very competitive in prices also.
