Ordered and paid in advance for a scaffold tower.
Chased for delivery through the chat service told would be delivered this afternoon, made repeated attempts to get a time and the Agent Harvey R unable to give a time.
I was on site all day awaiting the delivery or contact from HSS and communication with the chat service to no avail.
Had a missed call ( I was on another call that lasted some 3 or 4 minutes) from Speedy Services who had - unbeknown to me - been subcontracted to provide and deliver.
When I called back speedy services they said HSS had cancelled the job - despite taking full payment - as I had not answered their call - I had returned the call within minuities of receiving the missed call.
They then said they could deliver on Monday which is past the date and time the scaffold tower was required.
My contract was with HSS as per their website - no mention of speedy services or farming jobs out to others.
Upshot is that they do not provide a reliable or professional service - avoid at all costs DO NOT USE.
Really poor service I would recommend to use anyone other than HSS

Fantastic advice and customer service from Levi in the Bradford depot, quick responses to questions and found the correct machine for our requirements. We will certainly be using HSS again.

I want to say a huge thank you to Leah (Customer Advisor) and Stewart (Delivery Driver) – both were absolutely fantastic.

Leah was so helpful, polite and efficient throughout, making sure everything was arranged perfectly and answering all my questions clearly. Stewart was brilliant too – he arrived on time, was very careful with the delivery, and went out of his way to be helpful and friendly.

First time using HSS in a long time, so they no longer had my details on their system. Billy Lancaster was efficient and initially focussed in helping me find the right tool, then quickly setting me up again on their system. The whole process was prompt, professional and friendly.
