Ollie has been the most helpful person ever. Very kind, understanding and extremely personable. I've never used their services before but I'm confident that if I ever needed to they will provide me with excellent service!

Rory, the manager at Ladbroke grove HSS, was professional and friendly and very easy to do business, he was personable and an asset to the HSS brand, he guided us through the hire service and fees (deposit, insurance etc). We hired a breaker with bits and generator for a weekend and the rates were more than reasonable - excellent service very easy and smooth, a quality hire company. Thankyou to Rory and HSS.

Andre is definitely the most helpful individual I have the pleasure of dealing with. He went out of his way to accommodate us.

I hired here a vacuum cleaner to wash my carpets. When I called them, it was not available at Twickenham branch. They delivered it to Twickenham branch from Heathrow for me. Thanks a lot to Ollie for his help.

No paperwork or way of verification at time of collection, that there is a record of collection, we have to take pictures of collection vehicle with equipment on it and registration of vehicle and often a dismissive driver when we ask for some record of collection, we have often found equipment not off hired after collection, not a great system

I just wanted to leave feedback for Kade at the Kingston upon Thames branch of HSS hire - he was excellent from the outset, couldn’t have done more to help - and when we had a problem with the whacker plate (not his fault) he couldn’t have done more to try and put things right - despite juggling a new computer system and multiple calls, he personally drove the replacement round to my house to help out - first class service thank you Kade 💪🏼
