The Urban Botanist Avaliações

Would highly recommend, the product came very well packaged to protect it. The product was lovely and very well received by the person receiving it as a leaving gift.

I love my Terrarium, it came so well packaged and it looks incredible!

Present for 13 year old grandson. He made it himself
and was delighted with all the plants, scissors and
bags of different stones and compost etc he received
in an enormous box! Thank you

The delivery was quick (although a little confusing upon checkout), and the communication was great. My uncle was very happy with his gift. All arrived as expected. Would recommend

This company sells such beautiful products. The ready made terrarium are beautiful , carefully packaged and delivered and last years. The kits are easy to use and a pleasure to build.

Bought two terrariums and they were both beautifully made and carefully delivered with helpful care instructions. Will buy again as they offer a great variety of products that make excellent gifts.

Lovely product, packed really well. Was delighted when what arrived was exactly as the website (something that isn’t a given these days). Plants are healthy and the whole thing feels very good quality.
I had a follow up question re care and it was answered immediately, really helpful.

Great presentation, great wrapping to protect the plants for delivery and love it!

The website had good information about the products. I selected a terrarium 5 plant product. They came well packaged and in a very good condition for use. Email notifications were good both when ordering and for expected delivery. I was very pleased with the quality of the plants.

Quality products delivered in great condition.

Packing was brilliant! Glass terrarium and plants were so well protected.
All planted up and looking lovely.

Fantastic plants, packing of them was thoroughly well thought out. They arrived safely, unfortunately the one little flower bloom on the red rex begonia didn't make it but I'm not surprised at all for such a little plant and Lord knows what they would have gone through with delivery. All the leaves are healthy and strong, UB soaks the soil before shipping them (great idea in case of delays) so I'm going to leave them for a few days to a week in their new home before giving a proper water. The asparagus ferns roots looked like they could use a little drying.
Loved everything and I've had more issues getting plants from a garden centre before than getting from UB.
One thing: the mister/sprayer, I've got quite a small terrarium 20×20×30cm and I'm establishing the plants as a home for a mantid. I bought the mister/sprayer in hopes that would be my watering system, soak it once a day or mist a few times when it's hot, whatever it needs. The mister is more of a fine sprayer, it's quite disturbing to the leaves and thus will be quite traumatic for my mantid. The plants are big enough to handle it and it's been useful in clearing soil debris off the leaves from planting but I'd be worried about small flower blooms, newly planted moss and insects welfare using this mister. It's got a lovely even fine spray so I think I'll use it for my other plants in the warmer weather with some cold water in it, it'll look nice in my fridge. Everything else has been top notch, and if I ever set up a new terrarium, or something awful happens to the current one, I will go to urban botanist again.

Bought as a present , delivery was quick and it was better than expected. Thank you

Excellent product with a great selection of plants. Very well packaged and delivered on time.

Wasn't sure if this would make delivery in one piece but nicely surprised by the way it was packaged most carefully as it took a while to completely unpack. Not in at time of delivery but left in safe place as agreed, with photo confirmation. Excellent website, would highly recommend.

Good quality plants. Well packaged and sent promptly. Thanks

Excellent service. Provided a non-standard DIY terrarium kit very quickly, which has resulted in our terrarium now looking amazing. Not cheap, but for such exemplary service we are very happy.

It was delivered quickly with the relevant components individually wrapped. It was easy to construct. I would suggest a few pictures inside the box to inspire the arrangement might be a nice addition.

Beautifully packaged, v nice choice of high quality plants and on time, clearly organised delivery. I would not hesitate to order again. Well done.
