Prompt delivery.
Great care was taken with the packing of a very delicate item.

My friends loved it

I wanted to replant a Terrarium that I had sadly neglected. I messaged from the website, got a really quick and very helpful response. As the terrarium was larger than kits listed online they put a bespoke package together for me. I have now replanted and couldn’t be happier. Excellent service and top quality goods. Thank you UB

Beautiful terrarium carefully packaged with the lovely healthy plants looking perfect when unwrapped, what a lovely company

Although I found a lot of things out of stock, I think it was mostly because of the time of year. But am pleased with my order - it came on time and well packaged. I can't wait to get started. Maybe website could give more ideas and inspiration on different terrarium ideas.

brilliant very quick and well packed. Lovely.

Always beautiful and delivered quickly and brilliantly packed. Excellent value.
We have three now!

Easy to order.Products look just like the website pictures. Lovely, soothing object.

Perfectly packed, delivered as promised and plants in great condition

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend, and he's thrilled! The terrarium was delivered promptly and in excellent condition.

Great advice on how to replenish my existing terrarium. Plants great and well packaged.

I bought the Terrarium for my wife who is a plant lover and very keen gardener. It was despatched very promptly and arrived exceptionally well packaged to prevent any damage.
The plants inside looked very healthy and it was very obvious that a lot of thought and care had gone into the layout and presentation of the contents.
I purchased the lid with the built in light which when turned on in a low lit room added to the beauty of this outstanding purchase.
My wife and I are so pleased with the product that we are now looking to purchase a bigger Terrarium with different plants from the Urban Botanist as the whole experience from purchase to delivery has been first class. We highly recommend this company and their products.

Bought as a present for our first anniversary. My partner loves it. The plants were in great condition and all the decorations and other bits were fantastic. Will definitely order from here again! Probably without dedicated day delivery as it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, but that’s not the fault of the company.

Very pleased with this DIY terrarium - blight it as a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday and he loves it 😊 efficient, on-time delivery, great quality equipment and plants and easy to follow instructions. Keen to see how it grows!
