The product arrived damaged. Shipping protection was purchased but they do not respond to the claims. Do not buy from this company. Avoid a headache.

Dealing with Titan Fitness was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered the Wall and Rack Mounted Pulley Tower. Although their website showed it was out of stock, it indicated they would restock the item and ship it soon. While placing the order, the website also stated I wouldn't be charged until the item was shipped. However, I was charged immediately.
I waited until the promised restock date, but the item was still not available. I waited even longer, yet it remained out of stock. Frustrated, I emailed their customer service to request a refund. This was just the beginning of a long and exhausting exchange. Many of my emails went unanswered, while others received generic replies like, "We’ve transferred your request to our billing department." Despite sending several follow-ups over the course of many days, I still received no refund.
Finally, I decided to dispute the charge with my bank. To my shock, my bank representative later informed me that Titan Fitness claimed the item had been delivered to me. This was completely false—I never received the product. Thankfully, my bank sided with me and refunded the charge.
I wasted so much time dealing with Titan Fitness. Never again.

Fantastic quality products at price points way below close competitors.
Although a domestic US supplier, this makes it possible for overseas customers to benefit.

I am fond of fitness and I even thought about becoming a fitness trainer, but unfortunately, I can't devote so much time to fitness as I am busy withanother occupation, aside from fitness and cardinally distnguished from it... Anyway, I use this company for acquiring some fitness equipment as the price once seemed to me quite low and reduced, at least, I have searched for the equipment on the same price, but everything I found was twic e worse in case of quality. So, I would highly recommend this company for all those who are also passionate about fitness and exercising, as the proper equipment guarantees the success.

I ordered and received the Nemesis Single Stack Functional Trainer from Titan, but I was sent a defective piece of equipment that Titan refuses to acknowledge or help troubleshoot. One of the cables was pre-strung incorrectly on one of the pulleys directly out of the box, causing increased friction on the line when the machine was in use. Additionally, when the machine arms are in certain positions, excess tension is placed on the cable and weight stack making it impossible to adjust the weight pin selector.

I asked for assistance with this issue and was told that I assembled the machine incorrectly. Online support mentioned that the cause of the extra tension was due to the wrong orientation of the pulleys during my assembly. However, the assembly of my unit matches the instructions EXACTLY, and online support is stating something that contradicts their written manual.

I requested clarification on this contradiction, but have been met with denial with each interaction. It is now to the point where they don't even respond to follow up requests at all--both by email and at the Better Business Bureau.

Titan failed on this one. With their unwillingness to consider that maybe they sent me a bad product. With their inflexibility with regards to sending me ANY piece of evidence that supports what online support says--I provided multiple pictures showing that my assembly matches the instructions and pictures on the website exactly, but all Titan can say is: No, you are still wrong. It just boggles the mind.

I've spent thousands on Titan in the past. All my future purchases will be with Bells of Steel and Ironmaster.

You may see Titan's response below. They did indeed FINALLY send me semi-detailed instructions MONTHS after I first contacted them about the issue. Please do not read their response and think that they were attentive to a customer's needs. Multiple emails with detailed pictures and diagrams went ignored by Titan, only because it contradicted the errors their support staff make. Only after I took my reviews more public did Titan Fitness finally find the instructions that they claimed didn't exist. Do not patronize Titan Fitness and expect speedy or helpful technical support. Do not let them fool you.

The support I received from Jane was really great. Straightforward, was able to confirm and answer my question. Polite and pleasant to speak with. Clearly Titan has a good infrastructure in place for their customer support. It certainly keeps me coming back for more products. Keep treating your people well Titan and customers will continue shop for your products.

Minor issue occurred during my order and Meia and team went above and beyond to help remediate the issue quickly!

My initial experience buying my T2 rack, and using my T2 rack have been great (and a trap bar). However my husband ordered the leg extension for me at the very end of the business day. I realized that night that it would hinder the functionality of my rack to leave it up, but I wouldn’t be able to lift the piece on and off for each use due to it being almost 80 lbs. He called the next day (approximately 2-2.5 business hours later) and due to their outsourced customer service and logistics, and the poor communication between these departments, they couldn’t cancel the order and stop the shipment (despite telling us they put in the request to cancel the order that morning). Even to request to reroute the shipment via UPS, customer service has to put in a request with a separate shipping department and wait (despite the issue being time sensitive). Our only recourse is to refuse delivery - if we catch UPS….there is no option for a signature. To ship the item back will be astronomical.

In Titan’s defense, I do like their products but their customer service is terrible because it is outsourced like their other functions … they said they’d waive the 20% restock fee but we shall see if that happens after we see if the package shows up…
Just make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase and pray you won’t need to cancel an order or return anything!

The wheels on the weight holder were bent so I couldn’t get them in. I need to send pics but they responded right away. Everything from Titan has been great for me so far.

I seen the equipment piece I was wanting to get to finish out my home gym . Titan Fitness was good enough to have the equipment at the Best Buy Around ! I like their quality and performance . This was my Second purchase from Titan Fitness. I purchased a Leverage Squat machine and I love it. When I used to do squats with a bar, it was painful reaching back to hold the bar. This machine solves that issue. I have also gained strength more quickly with this machine than I did with the Olympic bar on my back, and it’s safer as well. My previous purchase was the seated shoulder press machine. I’m now much less likely to sustain an injury with shoulder press and I use it every third day.

TL; DR: the bench is great and Titan’s customer service was on-point. Highly recommend.

My wife bought the Performance Series Adjustable Bench as a gift and I am very happy with it. It is stable, sturdy, has no unwanted play at articulation points, and assembly was easy. I have become a fan of Titan’s products over the years and those products have come to comprise about half of my garage gym equipment. I was not upset when one of the components of my recent order was faulty as I was confident Titan would replace it. Service representative Ralph went above and beyond the level of customer care I would have ever asked for to solve my problem quickly and completely. I have really never been so impressed with a business’s response to a service request. Well done and thank you!

awesome slam ball! Took a little longer than expected but nice product!

I bought a bench that had a very minor defect. When I asked for a replacement part, they just sent me a whole new bench free of charge. Totally hassle-free and amazing customer service. They won a customer for life.

There are pros and cons to Titan,
The bumper weights I got where execellent, cheap and worked well

The plater/DB holder I got was less then satisfactory in that the my DBs despite me measuring them didnt fit on the tops, and you can only really use two of the pegs at a time, however the product is well made, and easy to assemble and got here quickly

Overall Id shop at TITAN again

Stepahine was very helpful and friendly. Resolved my reason for calling within a few minutes.
