Quick delivery and good service that parts available

Very happy with product and delivery. Easy to use online for ordering.

Gone are the days where you can pop down to B&Q for some ballcock washers, siphon diaphragm etc. I discovered that my elderly mother's toilet was leaking and when I measured it via the water meter - 300 litres a day! I managed to remove the flush valve via the tiny opening we have these days - no manufacturers markings at all. Fortunately, I came across Toilet Spares, and was able to identify the valve from all of the photos on their website. I sent a photo of my valve, and a very prompt reply confirmed that I had selected the right one. Paying for next day delivery - the valve arrived and I fitted it in 10 minutes - no more wasted water! All in all, Toilet Spares provided an excellent service, which included good communications. Thank you.

Easy to order, quick dispatch and well packaged parcel

15 year old hidden cistern toilet, no problem for ToiletSpares! The right part delivered promptly and much more economically than some some competitors.

Prompt response to my enquiries, correct guidance, fast delivery!
I can’t ask for anything more! An outstanding company!!

Excellent service and outstanding advice. Despite an unusual order and international shipping, everything was completed 100% flawlessly and without any issues. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic to deal with! Sent Steve a photo of a flush plate I was struggling to match, he came to me with an answer within about 10 minutes. Ordered and delivered in a couple of days. Would definitely use them in the future.

Perfect - all parts fit and delivered quickly.

Super service being following day delivery

I had trouble sorting a flush replacement locally and tried a few places online. Toiletspares the only one to come back to me promptly. Correct new part sent out very quickly and downstairs toilet up and running again! Highly recommended.

This is what customer service should be.

Their next day delivery cutoff is 3pm. I phoned them at 3:10 and they said yes unfortunately DPD had picked up already, but told me Royal Mail hadn't been yet, so I rushed an order through for Royal Mail 24.

2 minutes later I get a call from the hero at toilet spares who was just double-checking that I hadn't missed something (my order was just for half a toilet valve). I didn't actually need the other part, but this was heroic attention to detail that might have saved my bacon.

Very professional service! 11 out of 10!

The part I required isn't suitable. but that is due to Dudley Company, not this supply company. I did make enquiries and this was answered quickly and helpfully.

They were a good price I tried to get them a few places and couldn't and finally my cistern lid is back on.

Brilliant service and parts. The only problem was the p&p cost just as much as the parts, but that Royal mail for ya.

Information from the lady I spoke to

Ordered a part for our back to wall toilet just going by the photo. Arrived in the post no problem 😉

Smooth ordering process, website layout and information were good. Communication throughout my order and delivery process was also good.
