Like the principle behind it and the taste, but am constantly annoyed about why you can’t break the bar properly.
Slivers land on jeans, laps, couches and worst of all in dogs.
I don’t see any logic behind this choice.
Please please please change that!!!!

I love this chocolate bar. I haven't tried all the bars but I tried the 'everything' one and it tastes amazing. the milk chocolate flavour is really good and especially with all the other extra stuff inside of it, it's banging. Id say personally it is better than Dubai choc as well which went so viral. Never thought i'd write a review for chocolate but here I am.

We had a bad Tony Chocolate bag of tiny Tony’s. They had a nasty and bad taste.
Therefore we contacted customer support and they said the chocolate was white due to Fat Bloom. Nothing about the taste and no replacement.
Then that was the last time we ate Tony Chocolate. Be ware and better look for other brands!

Op de ingrediënten lijst, vooral suiker glucosestroop, enz, maar geen cacao!
Is het dan wel chocolade?

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I only wish I could give zero stars. Horrible tasting chocolate as well. Avoid!!!

I bought a chocolate bar that had an issue, and after I contacted support, I was given a replacement.

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan, wat binnen 2 dagen verstuurd zou worden. Een week later een bericht ontvangen dat de producten niet op voorraad waren en dat het geld wordt teruggestort binnen 5 dagen. Inmiddels een maand verder en nog niets ontvangen! Ook wordt er niet op mailtjes gereageerd.

OPLICHTING! Haal hier niet.

Die Schokolade ist in Ordnung. Ich habe 5 Tafeln im eigenen Design über die Homepage des Unternehmens erstellt. Die Lieferung war schnell. Leider war der Aufdruck beschädigt, hatte Schleifspuren und abgenutzte Ecken. Nicht verwendbar für ein Geschenk. Der Kundenservice hat mir einmal geantwortet, dass man sich kümmern wollte. Danach nie wieder etwas gehört. Bei der Hotline geht nie jemand ans Telefon. Auf E-Mails und Anfragen über das Websiteformular antwortet niemand. Mehrfach versucht. Lustige Ansagetexte und automatische E-Mails, das wars. Kann ich nur davon abraten. Nie wieder Tonys...

Bought a bar of the caramel chocolate in Sainsburys.

Not impressed! It's overpriced & tastes like cheap cooking chocolate.🤮

They are trying to end child slavery in the cocoa industry which is the only plus side!

I ordered directly from their website, parcel was stollen by Evri driver.

Tried reaching them over email, but guess what, they don't have a specific mailbox for customer service. They probably get everything routed to the same mailbox and they never answered.

I also tried to call them, they have pretty much same issue as with the mailbox. They most probably don't have enough agents do deal with the calls.

So my package was lost/stolen and Tony won't reply to email and there's no chance in contacting them over phone.

Also, their phone line is the most annoying thing ever. First listen of their automated recording was fun, by the 3rd one it was making me go insane. They sing and keep yelling "YEEHAW" which gets very very annoying at some point.

Just bought some online and let’s see what’s happening. I just read a review and saw someone complaining about the use of sodium hydroxide… what I can say is sodium hydroxide sounds horrible, however, it has another well known name, lye. Lye solution is widely used in baking industry, and it is even a kind of key ingredient to produce some Asian pastry. Yes, lye is strong alkaline and it’s corrosive, however, have you eaten lemon before? It’s also very strong acid and can be corrosive as well. Also, most of the citrus flavored snacks you bought contain citrus acid, guess what? Another strong corrosive acid. However, they all get neutralized, or at least to the level that is not harmful to human. Trust me, if the sodium hydroxide is not yet neutralized in that chocolate, you will know it when you put it on your hand. Every soap maker knows how that feels like.

Chocolate needs to be good.
Otherwise, it doesn't matter how ethical the company tries to be. I tried the milk chocolate bar with my husband and I felt sick after eating it, so we definitely won't be buying from this company again. Hotel Chocolat's Ecuadorian dark it is. Sorry Chocolonely, but you'll be going it alonley on the ethical front.

Die Schokolade schmeckt gut, leider habe ich übersehen, dass sie Soja enthält, auf das ich allergisch reagiere (es steht auf der Rückseite der Verpackung). Ich kannte bisher keine Schokolade, die Soja enthält.

Der Grund, warum ich nur 2 Sterne vergebe, ist jedoch der Aufdruck im Inneren der Papierverpackung. Dort wird gegendert – und damit wird erneut ein Lebensmittel für eine Ideologie missbraucht. Als Autist hatte ich große Schwierigkeiten, den Text zu verstehen, da er nicht in der bekannten deutschen Sprache verfasst ist. Auch für Menschen, die Deutsch lernen, ist er kaum lesbar, da diese Form nicht unterrichtet wird und eher einer Fantasiesprache gleicht. Bitte lasst Politik und schwer verständliche Sprache aus Lebensmitteln heraus.

personally I like their chocolates taste, while the price by one bar is not a lot higher than for some other brand; while their slavery & child work fight seems real...

I tried to cancel an online order within 24h of placing it to be told that it was not possible to cancel as the personalisation was done immediately. Not only did the bars take over 3 weeks to arrive they were hopeless as personalised gifts as the names were simply written together on the shared delivery box. I had assumed that the wrappers would have been personalised or at least they would have been separately labelled. Hopeless gifts

Ridiculous, for £13 I should be getting all of my days filled with chocolate and have the numbers printed the right way round. I love Tony's Chocoloney and I understand that there are a limited amount of flavours, 16 to be exact yet I've only got 9 of those 16 flavours?! I am really disappointed.

Lovely chocolate, especially the milk chocolate and caramel sea salt, if you like something then don't complain about the price, for me it's a nice treat.

Dear TonyChoco, I've been a huge fan of your chocolate for over 10yrs, since a delightful Dutch friend brought some as a gift, long before it was commonly available in Europe! I'm such a fan that I always buy as gifts or as a treat for my partner and everyone loves it!
HOWEVER, In the last few years I've not been able to get your Advent Calendar, so this year I made sure & bought very early, at a RIDICULOUS PRICE from my local 'ridiculously price everything' store in Barcelona, and then the bad news..So my little one has now opened 11 windows, and sadly has found much repetition of flavors on consecutive days, chocolates looking & tasting well past their best, but most disappointing, Number 10 is empty!! I have to say, being such a fan I was totally shocked by all this feedback, but when the empty window happened, I had to mention. I have since tried several times to report this on your site and every time "server is not contactable"..thats really poor too!
I would also enclose pics, though obviously an empty window is hard to prove, but I assure you, I wouldn't be doing this if not really disappointed by this product. Yours, Paul T

Chocolates missing , upset children …. Why ? These jokers are using advent calendars for political activism. Never see my money again go woke go broke
