I struggled to find the hockey hoody I needed on the website but the assistant talked me through it on the phone. She was also very friendly and helpful even though it was closing time when I called. Overall, I received great service! 👍👍👍

We appreciate the positive feedback regarding the speed and efficiency of delivery and we are sorry that you are disappointed with the returns policy. We have a very user friendly online returns portal to make it as easy as possible for customers to make any returns. Unfortunately the cost of posting back any unwanted or unsuitable items is that of the customers however, we do recommend you post them back 2nd class with Royal Mail were possible. This policy is clearly provided within our terms and conditions and is inline with other major online hockey specialist retailers.

Friendly and helpful staff!
Competitive pricing for my replacement goalkeeper bits for my helmet.
Had the elastic straps turn up missing a component part but within half an hour of contacting them they had this in the post to me and Julie was super helpful in getting it resolved!
Will definitely be using them again!

Outstanding customer service, advice on sizing and speed of delivery.
The staff were super helpful on the phone and helped me understand which products were best suited for my son who is just starting out playing hockey. My order was delivered the next day and all the products fit perfectly and were of the best quality. Can't recommend highly enough - will be using Total Hockey for all my future kit purchases.

Strange to be giving a 5 star review when something was forgotten, but I received a proactive phone call from Stephen to explain the order had been missed and that it was being handled that moment. A reminder that it's not just the product, price, etc. that matters but communicating when it will arrive and apologising if things go wrong. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing hockey kit.

Great service, helpful, speedy, and good value
Ordered a full Obo goalie kit from Total Hockey. The service was fabulous. Order fulfilled from two locations - central warehouse and the Brentford store. Two parcels arrived well packaged on the same day less than 48 hours after ordering.
The range was huge - biggest on the web. The pricing was good too. Highly recommend!

I have ordered several times from Total Hockey. I have to say their customer service is amazing. I received my orders consistently in a timely manner.... considering I live in the US, this can be a challenge. They have gone out of their way to find a specific shoe for my daughter which I am completely grateful. Total Hockey will always be my #1 place to shop for all my daughter's hockey needs!
