Outstanding customer service
I called re a sizing issue with some hockey shoes I had ordered online, and the lovely gentleman I spoke to even offered to bring me two different sizes to try in his hand luggage to the Brentford store which he was visting that weekend, and which is local to me. In the end we agreed I would simply order two more pairs online and that I could return the shoes which did not fit directly to Brentford rather than the hassle of posting them back. I love this personalised, adaptive form of customer service which only small, owner managed businesses are able to offer.

One to one session
My daughter had a one to one session with Amanda.
Setting this up was simple; my emails were answered promptly and a convenient time was offered.
The session was great, my daughter was given some great coaching and finished with a smile on her face.
I would recommend a session to anyone who is keen to improve their hockey skills.
