Took a bit longer to arrive than I was expecting but not outside of time frame

I would purchase frim them again

ordered on the 18th June got a email saying despatched on the 26th June 2-5 days.
still no order 10th July tried calling 6 times no answer left message and email NO Contact.
Do Not purchase any thing from this company.

Total scammers please avoid. Ordered a fence energiser. They Keep telling me it has been sent. It has not! Have never received tracking details. They are even trying to say they have refunded me £30 for the hassle. Again untrue! Will be taking legal action. Worst experience ever!

I paid the extra £8.99 for delivery so the smock I ordered for my husband’s anniversary present would arrive on time. I have not received the item, I have contacted them asking the whereabouts of my purchase no response but they have a cheek to send me an email for feedback. Poor customer service stay away!!!!

Well this ironic being asked to review a product that hasn't arrived and nobody will pick up the phone or answer an email to give me an update. Have emailed all available addresses, used the contact forms, called and left messages. Called several times a day. Nothing. It has been nearly a month since I placed the order.

I ordered and paid for a product on 17th May 2026. I wanted the item for a sick calf I was rearing. I still haven’t received my order despite speaking to someone. Phone calls are unanswered and messages ignored. Do NOT use this company!

From the time the order was made, the whole process was riddled with issues. A 2-5 day delivery promised didn't materialise despite the product showing as in stock. Constant attempts to contact- phone rarely answered. Eventually delivered around 3 weeks later. Sorry but this is not good service.

Bought a product which was faulty within two weeks contacted the team to notify and arrange a replacement. No response! Called and no one answered the phone. Emailed again and again and again took 2 weeks to get a response to say being sorted! It wasn't I still have the faulty item and still waiting for a response!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do be prepared to be ignored when things go wrong as won't get dealt with.

I wouldn't buy from these guys l paid extra postage and it was still late.

Total Farm Supplies had the cheapest price online for the item and ordering was simple. However, there was an issue with dispatch/delivery whereby the order didn't arrive and getting in touch to resolve it wasn't great. I rang the phone number and left a message but didn't hear anything back initially. I did however manage to get through on the phone the next day and speak with someone and the order was then sent. Overall, it took 2 weeks to receive my order. I'm pleased with the product, but the slow delivery and difficulty getting in contact was a bit of a frustration.

I bought some Hoggs of fife boots they were good price and came promptly. I really couldn't fault the whole experience. Superb.

I have returned some Hoggs of Fife Trousers via Royal Mail Tracked delivery, they received the parcel some 2 weeks ago, I have still not received a refund, they have been ignoring emails, messages via their website "contact us" page, and never answer the phone, I left three voicemial messages this week, no one ever gets back to you, they have your money, its not only fruadulant, its just plain rude in the business sense.

Like others I wish I had read the reviews first!
Ordered an electric fencer as below on Wednesday the 9th April. Note the 'Faster Delivery 2 -5 Business Days.' Chased it up on Wednesday the 16th of April and was told my order had been picked but not dispatched. I was assured I would have it on the Friday or Saturday. This is now Friday the 24th of April and there's no sign of it. Calls are not being answered, left messages are not responded to.

Easy fast efficient service, ordered a jacket and it was with me the next day, what is not to like about the service I received.

I didn’t receive the product that I paid for and was supposed to be delivered. And then when I requested a refund I was then ignored. Absolutely pathetic. !

I ordered some pet suntan cream from this company. I did not receive a confirmation email so I have no invoice. They took the money from my bank account! The product has not arrived. They don't answer the phone or respond to messages. Do not use they will take your money but the product never comes!
