If I could give no stars I would. Placed an order on 24th February and paid for item, money taken from my account. I never received a confirmation order so called to enquire. I have called at least ten times, no one ever answers. I've left four voicemails asking then to contact me....nothing. I've sent a message via their website....nothing. I've emailed them and still, you've guessed it, NOTHING! So I'm over £170 out of pocket and feel I need to warn others not to use this website. I just wished I'd checked on Trustpilot before placing my order! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Shocked! Spent almost £400 on a coat , they were perfectly able to send me a receipt and 3 weeks later no sign of any coat ! They won’t return any calls, despite leaving messages and no emails are replied to either.
Update, after reading this review they replied and said they would issue a refund. So for that I am grateful

Paid extra for 2 to 5 working day delivery but it did not arrive in this period. It arrived two weeks later, Total Farm Supplies having ignored emails asking where my delivery was. The hay feeder i ordered was then the wrong colour so the order was wrong. They are shockingly bad.

Efficient delivery: The parcel arrived a day earlier than expected. I am so very impressed with the Hoggs of Fife top which I have been wearing almost continuously in wind and rain since it arrived a week ago. It's the Green King 2 zipknit. It's the sturdiest, warmest and smartest top I've ever had and suits any situation from chainsawing to dining out! Essential gear in this remote Welsh valley. The Struther waterproof hunt cap manages to be both sleek and effective in all weathers with ear muffs that don't flap up in the wind while resting securely in the up position when not needed. Fieldpro socks are brilliant - neither too tight nor too loose. Thanks for great performance Totalfarmsupplies.

Ordered products on 2-5 day service. It took over a week just to get an email to confirm dispatch on this service, now on day 5 and have an email from DHL to say they're expecting the parcel but don't actually have it!
Have emailed and called multiple times, nobody answers either, ever!!!
Meanwhile myself and my staff continue to get soaked to the skin each day while waiting for waterproofs to arrive. In future I think I'll pay a bit more and deal with companies that meet their obligations and actually bother to communicate!!!

I am delighted with the milk heater altho it did take a while to arrive. Other than that, it is a great help to warming milk to the perfect temperature for calves.

Really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I am disappointed with the customer service following our purchase.
Product arrived quickly (Hoggs wellies) however due to the sizing being incorrect I tried to contact Total Farm Supplies to refund / exchange (twice via email - no reply, phoned a couple of times) then did eventually get hold of a really pleasant chap on the phone, who assured me he would send out the different size and then arrange collection of old ones if I sent him a WhatsApp of my order number. This has never happened despite sending the initial message as agreed, then another follow up from me.
Understand that the product was fine, delivery etc was great, but follow up customer service if anything is not right - not good.

Slow dispatch. Order should have arrived in 2-5 business days, but took almost 2 weeks. Wouldn't reply to my emails chasing the order. Wouldn't answer the phone. However, the waterproofs I ordered are excellent and at a great price. Would rate 5 stars if they were honest about dispatch times, replied to emails and answer the phone.

I wanted to order several things, and saw that if I purchased their monthly subscription it would save me an extra 5-10%. After purchasing this though the extra discount was never automatically applied. To make matters worse I found that when logged in the prices of their items were higher! A waterproof jacket had an 18% discount when not logged in, but when logging in with the subscription I'd just paid for it would only have a 13% discount!
I have emailed them and called them leaving messages several times but have had no reply. I'm glad I only wasted a few pounds on a month subscription rather than buying a full order with them.

14 days have now passed and I have still not received my Litzclip Connectors. The invoice says 4-7 days for delivery. I have rung Total Farm Supplies several times over the past two days but call goes to leave a message. I have also emailed them several times but have received no reply. If there is a hold up, I am happy to wait, but as there is no contact from them, I am beginning to think something is suspicious.

I ordered a STUBBS SLO-GRAZER on 30th December, and despite the Bank Holiday and the weekend it arrived just a few days later.
It was extremely well packaged, so much so it took ages to unpack😂

My order was lost by Royal Mail over the Christmas period. Called the TFS number and was redirected to a mobile. Explained the problem and a new order was sent out by DHL which arrived very quickly. Pleased with the response after an initial hiccup.

As so many on here I wish I had read these reviews first. Really hope others don’t make the same mistake.
Ordered boots as they were (slightly) cheaper than elsewhere. Not too cheap to make you ask questions though.

Very slow to dispatch and no answer to my chasing emails.
Eventually arrived however and wrong boots sent (in a dirty, damaged box.) The wrong boots were in fact much cheaper elsewhere which added insult to injury. I’ve called multiple times, left messages and nothing.
No returns label, as returns at buyers expense (and with their customer service, likely at buyers risk too).
I’m stuck with the wrong boots and significantly out of pocket.
And then they chase you for a review!?

Easy to order and delivered on time.
Good price and more importantly they did boots in my size (14) could not find any where else.

I ordered a coat I had tried on in-store elsewhere but could not get my size. I then ordered on-line from Total Farm Supplies and received a quick delivery. Very happy with product and service.

I tried to buy a pair of boots on 29th Nov, in stock, with Royal Mail tracked 3-5 business days delivery.

Wrong items arrived, more than 10 days later by courier. With the correct invoice. Can't get returns label, I've tried calling but they won't answer, tried contacting them via the site but again no response and emailed directly with no response.

Now having to ask the bank to deal with the issue.

Can't believe they have the cheek to ask for a review! Do yourself a massive favour, trust the experiences of others here and shop elsewhere!

I was looking for a particular make/style of boots, found them here at the cheapest price. I choice the standard delivery so not particularly quick but no unacceptable delays either, especially at this time of year. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a Hoggs coat from here as it was the cheapest I could find it online. Delivery said 3-5 days and came on day 3. Coat is as described. I'd definitely use again. Many thanks
