Communication regarding the order
Communication regarding the order, this was an urgent order for us - so knowing that you could only deliver some to site while you awaited the remainder of the stock coming in

I bought a length of pipe
I bought a length of pipe, and just an hour or so after purchase my builder messaged to say he'd made an error and it wasn't needed after all. I called their customer service number (which was very easy to find, unlike some companies) and the guy I spoke couldn't have been more helpful. Quick explanation and the sale was cancelled, refund back in my account a day or so later. Fantastic. A company you can trust.

Resposta da Trade Pipes
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
Firstly, our sincere apologies for the delay to the outstanding items from the delivery - and that you've had some trouble getting through to us. This is one of the few items we ship directly from our supplier, and in this case they have let us down in getting the replacement goods delivered to you in a timely manner.
We have now resolved the PayPal dispute and issued a refund for the full amount requested, which should credit your account shortly, and which we hope is to your satisfaction.
If there's anything further we can assist you with, please feel free to come back to us.
