It was a local British company.
The reviews were good/excellent
The delivery, for the time of year, was quick, on time and well packaged.
So far not opened as waiting for next family gathering to surprize the children.

Excellent quality and great service would highly recommend

A good quality trampoline which was easy to assemble.

Excellent communication from the start. We live in a difficult place to deliver to, and it was all sorted. The trampoline arrived exactly when I was told it would, which was in plenty of time for Christmas. Just need the weather and I will assemble it!

Simple to order.
Delivered as expected with great communication on when arriving.
Simple to build and looks great. Very happy.

good, efficient service -excellent product

Amazing customer service

The follow-up call after my order was a lovely touch, made me feel valued and got me excited about my order arriving.

The trampoline came with everything we needed (and spares if I remember correctly) and was really easy to put up.

Very knowledgeable when I rang for advice. Price matched for me and delivered promptly

Delivery was secure and fast. The product quality was great too and my husband was able to assemble the trampoline single handedly, withing 5 hours - not bad for the sheer size of it. This trampoline gets beyond a 10 out of 10 from the kids - and has easily passed my "mum, risk assesment" as it is a very sturdy and robust piece of equipment - very well made. Thank you.

Great service with good communications on delivery. Very pleased with trampoline.

I cannot fault Trampoline Warehouse and Hayley was amazing ringing with the follow up of the order call. Sadley the carrier you used wasn’t as good by far as they left the parcel outside the wrong door which meant I had to trail round looking for it as the driver said he had delivered it………yes but where!!!!! Evenutally i found it outside the wrong house

Trampoline Warehouse were really helpful in explaining which model would best suit our needs. The delivery was prompt and assembly was really straightforward with clear instructions and quality parts. The finished product has proved a big hit at my son's birthday party!

Great price and quick delivery! I placed the order online and was contacted by the team by phone to confirm and thank me for my order. Item is great and easy to assemble following the instructions.

Great customer service, after ordering I was contacted by phone to thank me for my order and when to expect delivery and which company would be delivering.
The trampoline was relatively easy to assemble, our Grandkids are very happy with it!

Great company. They called right after I placed the order to confirm that payment had cleared and they were preparing to dispatch. They gave me a delivery day and all went smoothly. Item arrived on the designated day and was relatively easy to assemble.

Really great service by Trampoline Warehouse, informed me of dispatch and even received a phone call to say when it was being delivered and to check I was happy with the service so far!
Trampoline was easy enough to put together and the children love it!
Great Company to buy from, would definitely use them again.

Lovely trampoline, just what I wanted for my grandson’s birthday presents. Easy to put up and looks good quality in the garden. It was very well packaged and came on time.
