Excellent customer service. Good delivery updates. Happy with trampoline

Brilliant customer service. Thank you so much for all your help and support

The product was brilliant but the false delivery message let down the experience. Don't be fooled with next day delivery.

Excellent customer service and super quick delivery - at my door less than 24 hours after ordering!

Well that's 5 stars from me too. I ordered from them, based on the reviews from Trustpilot being so positive.
Communication is exceptional and a good quality products, why can't all companies be like this?
We did have a couple of issues with some damaged parts, but they were replaced very quickly and actually phoned me back when they said they would.
Outstanding customer service.

Great customer service.

Excellent service. After being let down with delivery by The Entertainer. Ordered a trampoline - Lee was so helpful, quick to reply and sorted everything out so the trampoline arrived in ver short notice in time for my child’s birthday. Highly recommend.

Prompt delivery, good size, kids love it.

Overall a very well built and sturdy trampoline made of top quality materials. Delivery was next day as advertised and they even gave a courtesy call warning of possible Bank Holiday delays. My only minor gripe is that the instructions are somewhat sparse. I'd guess they are translated from Chinese. They could do with a re-write adding more details and illustrations.

Great company
Followed up order with phone call
Quick delivery
Easy to assemble
Very pleased

From ordering to delivery and quality of product I cannot fault any of the services. I was called by the owner on receipt of order to notify it had been shipped and to expect delivery. The trampoline itself is our 2 year old grandsons first so the 6' size was perfect. Easy to erect and very high quality and safety features very strong. Highly recommended.

Good selection of trampolines on website and lots of advice, easy order, good follow up and tracking, swift delivery, heavy boxes (need two people to lift). Easy to assemble, follow instructions, read carefully, use own tools those included not very useful.

Outstanding customer service, perfect trampoline that was easy to assemble

Great service, great product, great delivery. What more can you ask for?!

Brilliant customer service and excellent comapny to use

After placing my order I was contacted and talked through the delivery process and timing. Trampoline was put together following the instructions and was what we wanted once complete

Very reliable service, sadly orderd over a bank holiday so my daughter had to wait a little longer, she is now loving learning her tricks on it.

Excellent communication, brilliant product.

From ordering to a rapid delivery, I'm so happy with my purchase of the rectangular trampoline complete with safety netting and ladder. 100% recommend to use this company.

Fantastic customer service, delivery time and rectangular trampoline….even around the Easter Bank Holiday.
