Trampoline arrived on time and all the parts were there. However, two of the drilled holes were too small for the bolts to pass through which wasn’t evident until construction so we had to purchase fractionally thinner bolts from out local hardware store to avoid a disappointed 4 year old. The instructions were not the easiest to follow either but the end result was a very happy grandson

Great price and quick shipping. Had a minor issue with the product which was not their fault as it was a manufacture issue, they solved the problem quickly and with no fuss. In the end we have a fantastic quality trampoline. Really happy.

The quality of the trampoline is great and it was very easy to put together. It was delivered a couple of days after ordering and we received a phone call to advise when we should expect delivery. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Amazing service, from the moment the order was placed, great communication, from the order to the dispatch and delivery.
Fairly easy to put together, just me and my 14 year old daughter. Took about an hour or so.
She’s loving it and it doesn’t take as much room ad I thought it would.
Great buy, highly recommended thank you.

I have used trampoline warehouses for years and we have had about 4 trampolines from them. The quality is always fantastic. Delivery is always on time! And customer service are helpful when we have needed them. My autistic son uses his trampoline daily to support regulation so it’s necessary to have a large trampoline. And trampoline warehouse
Provide large trampoline with a great price.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the products

All good. Arrived quickly. Took quite a bit of putting together that I could not have done without some strong other person. Had to follow instructions carefully. Once up - kids are loving it and we are very happy with it.

Great communication and service. Trampoline arrived promptly and well packaged. A very good quality item! Communication was first rate through the whole transaction. Very pleased!

Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional company. Gave me plenty of information, trampoline arrived quickly and is very good quality.

Can’t fault the trampoline company brilliant and the courier company was very helpful.

Excellent service good price friendly staff good product

We built the trampoline in 1.5 hours, the instructions were clear and the trampoline itself is brilliant quality.
The delivery service was quick and the bloke was friendly and helpful.

Really pleased with everything, right from the ease of placing order and initial phone call to confirm (on a Sunday!) to final product. I will be recommending to everyone!

So far so good! Amazing customer service had a call within minutes to arrange delivery and a thanks for the purchase! Trampoline now built and kids loving it. Noticed that it was a lot quieter than previous purchases from other companies and build quality seems very good. Instructions very basic however once everything was laid out it was easy enough to see where parts go! No instructions for the safety net but again easy to install! Very good product

Really helpful staff when I contacted them to arrange next day delivery on a Saturday. Very happy with the product too

Arrived on time, easy to assemble and children love it!

Fantastic company to deal with. Fully transparent process and proactive communication as soon as I placed the order. Very impressed.

The customer service was very good. The delivery company was not good at all.
The instructions were awful - they are for multiple models and very unclear.
The way that the netting is fixed to the frame is really bad - for a trampoline at this price, this should have had eyelets in it to enable secure threading of the securing rope.

First class service. Great communication from start to finish.

Bought this trampoline for my Grandkids ( ages 4 and 8) They both love it.
Service was good. Speedy delivery. Easy to put together for two people.

Great customer service and delivered well on time.

Trampoline Warehouse are a great company.
I had to contact their customer services department who answered my call promptly and they were able to answer the query I had regarding my order.
They should be commended for their efficient, helpful and polite service that they provide .
The trampoline arrived in time for my grandsons birthday and he was so thrilled with his present.
