Excellent Communication.
In March this year we booked an 80ft truck with driver to move our household goods from Italy to UK at the beginning of August.
In the first week of July the compay let us down and said they could no longer provide the service.
We found Traslo Service and they were able to give us a great price (everyone else was 2000 or more over budget) and were also able to provide a truck for the same dates.
We packed and loaded / unloaded ourselves, but the driver was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Paul at Traslo helped with all the paperwork and the whole experience went smoothly.

Raffaella Tenizio, the move coordinator, does an amazing job. I ended up not using the service, but she was very professional in her approach. Her communication was clear and transparent, always with good humour, and she managed to give me a full picture of how the whole process works from start to finish. She gives an excellent first impression of the company.

Ich bin von Berlin nach Madrid umgezogen und insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service. Von Anfang an war alles ziemlich transparent; das Angebot war klar, ohne versteckte Kosten, und ich wusste immer, was als Nächstes passiert.

Der Umzug selbst ging schneller als erwartet und trotzdem wurde sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet. Alles war richtig gut verpackt, auch empfindliche Sachen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie sie mein Klavier transportiert haben, da hatte ich ehrlich gesagt am meisten Sorge, aber es lief alles problemlos und professionell.

Auch die Organisation war top: Außenaufzug aus dem fünften Stock, Parkgenehmigungen, Timing, alles wurde übernommen und hat einfach funktioniert. Ich musste mich um fast nichts kümmern, was den ganzen Umzug deutlich entspannter gemacht hat.

Die Kommunikation war durchgehend gut, immer erreichbar, freundlich und ehrlich, das fand ich wirklich angenehm.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt, deshalb 4 statt 5 Sterne: Sie konnten meine Katze nicht mittransportieren, sodass ich dafür eine andere Lösung finden musste. Im Nachhinein habe ich aber verstanden, dass das wohl normal ist, weil Tiertransporte meist von spezialisierten Firmen gemacht werden. Ich habe das dann separat organisiert, was am Ende auch geklappt hat.

Alles in allem würde ich den Service auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

From start to finish, nothing but lies and trying to extract more money. I was moving to Spain. I was told my belongings would be put into storage in Spain until I was ready for them. When they picked up my belongings, I asked the removal guy if he was heading to Spain now. He just laughed.

Then I was told days later that my belongings would not be going to Spain, they would stay in the uk until I let them know I wanted them because it suited them better. I don’t think they have a storage facility in Spain. It was a lie.

They gave me a quote initially but then said I’d have to pay double as a couple of cushions meant they had to use up another storage unit.

It took me many months to find a house and I paid these people storage fees all that time. They demanded an extra month as they said I hadn’t paid for one month. I had. I sent them bank proof. They kept denying it.

When it came for the time to move, I asked them how much notice they needed. They wouldn’t tell me. I then got my completion date and let them know weeks before. They left it to the last minute to tell me when they would be arriving, meaning I had to pay for accommodation.

They then said they couldn’t access my road, so another £400 please.

The road is fine. Other people have had removals there no problem.

They give me a date for moving & then try to charge me storage for after they’ve delivered saying they haven’t decided when they will deliver yet.

The most awful, stressful experience. They know they have you at a disadvantage because they have possession of your belongings and will try to extract more money out of you.

To top it all they have damaged several of my belongings in transit and won’t pay for them, staring they have a policy that they will only pay £40 per item and there is a £250 excess. So basically, they have extracted thousands of pounds from me and left me with thousands of pounds of damage. I now have to buy new furniture.

Obviously I shall be taking this further but I suggest you AVOID, AVOID, AVOID unless you want a whole load of stress, your wallet emptied and your belongings destroyed. You have been warned.

We used Traslo Service Limited to move from Italy back to the US. We had such a horrible and costly experience that it has taken me almost a year to write this review. We have moved 16 times due to work, and this was the worst experience ever. Our agent/estimator seemed friendly and kind, but he gave false promises and low estimates. What should have cost us about 33k Euro (which was already excessive) ended up costing about 50k Euro, and I know they planned it this way. We were told there would be extra space in the container we purchased, but the Italian company was in a rush and wouldn't build the shelf we had paid for and were told would be done, so they had to book another container. And of course that container was extra, the shipping was extra, and no apologies were given. Then they hold your items hostage until you pay, so what are you to do? The Italian company (Bellucci) who was subbed to pack and load did a mediocre to poor job, and the final day when we were supposed to supervise the loading, they brought in a bunch of street workers to load and all our stuff was put in poorly (which caused damage) and inefficiently. Then when the items got to the US, the shipments were split up and my wife and I ended up having to unload the smaller shipment because the delivery agent had a broken arm and was inept!! It seriously could not have been more horrendous of an experience. I cannot recommend the use of Traslo for any moving effort, and especially not if you are moving transcontinental. Moreover, don't expect your agreed estimate to be anywhere near the final amount.

Letizia took very good care of every single step in the process, answering to every question I asked promptly.
I had a little issue with the crews on moving day and within 5 minutes she managed to solve it and let things move smoothly.
Traslo Service was the perfect company for me as they managed to lower the pressure of moving out of Italy with their professionalism and experience.

We recently used Trasloco to move our antique furniture and household items from Le Marche in Italy to London. They were really impressive, from the initial contact on the phone, to dealing with Paul and the logistics department regarding filling in customs forms and finally to the actual pickup and delivery. The whole move was clearly explained, and they didn’t seem to mind my constant queries and messages. Last week we moved from the South of Italy to the Netherlands and Traslo organised the transport of our household goods. As from the first contact with Simone and later with Letizia the communication was fast and efficient and very friendly and pleasant. We got a bit nervous when the moving date was nearing, as we had payed up the full sum in advance. But nothing to worry about! The truck arrived exacly on the appointed time at both ends. The driver was very friendly and helped us, which was not his task, but he joined in the moving team. I can recommend Traslo from the bottom of my heart. Also because the price was very reasonable indeed.

Excellent service - very reliable, polite and helpful. Had no problems with them what so ever and would highly recommend.

Simone from the outset was extremely helpful and knowledgable going above and beyond his work hours to provide the necessary information requested by a novice international mover to Italy! The logistics team were just as helpful and made the completion of the paperwork easier by providing guidance and checking docs before sending onto the relevant authorities on our behalf. The whole team know what they’re doing and have great experience which means everything went smoothly. Even on removals day at pickup they were great, working with the storage company to get everything packed up and on to the lorry. Pick up and delivery days as planned. Italian team were fantastic and carried everything to and from lorry’s due to narrow access to the house and up and down numerous flights of stairs all with the greatest of care. Can’t fault Traslo. They were the best! Thanks again to all involved with my removals.

Grundsätzlich gut geklappt nun uns würden garantiert dass das ganze in 2-4 Tagen zu erledigen sei aaaaaber hat eine ganze Woche gedauert ( sieben Tage) mit noch zusätzlichen kosten da wir einen Schlaf Platz gebraucht haben. Logisch wenn das Bett ins LKW ist!
Die Problematik Stoß ständig aufs tauben Ohren… unfassbar ärgerlich für fast 13000€ Umzugskosten erwarte ich dass das vereinbarte auch eingehalten wird. Bla bla über Pausen der Fahrer und We Break. Ein paar Gegenstände würden geschädigt. Wenn Mann die Leute darauf aufmerksam macht die Ware vorsichtig zu entladen, vergessen die dass der Kunde derjenige ist dass deren Job bezahlt hat und geben auch frechen Widerworten. Aber wollen die sofort unterschreiben haben dass alles in Ordnung angekommen ist…
Wenn nach dem auspacken was geschädigt findet, hat man keine Chance mehr auf Entschädigung.
Ein DICKEN LOB verdienen aber die Einpacker _Nelson und Chris_ die schon an einem Sonntag kamen und sorgenvoll und stark unseren Mobiliar vorbereitet haben. Dankeschön nochmal.
Ich würde nun etwas an konstruktiven Kritik äußern da in groß und Ganzes funktioniert hat, an die Logistik.
Ein Auge auf den Kalender was Feiertage und Wochenende betrifft um besseren Zeiten zu organisieren und die Verträge zu respektieren aus welchem Grund auch immer könnte wichtig sein die Ware in den vereinbarten Zeitraum zu bringen und den Kunde nicht für dumm halten wenn eine Rückfrage ist. Danke

My Family moved in summer 2024 from NRW in Germany to the Basque Country. Luckily we found traslo service.

The service we asked them for was the transport itself and unloading at the site of our new residence. Loading the truck in Germany was organised by ourself. As a parking permit was required at the unloading site, Traslo service offered us to take care of the permit as an additional service which we gladly accepted.

Our contact persons were Stefano and Letizia. It was a great experience with them and they did a great job communicating and coordinating everything. They were very transparent with us and replied always very quickly. It was also nice that Traslo service allows you to customise the service, as we for example decided that we needed help unloading but for loading we could take care of it ourself, helping us to save a bit of money.

In the end we got all our stuff into the new flat and there were no surprises along the way, just the way it should be.

If you find yourself in need of a moving service across borders, I can highly recommend traslo service.
