We recently used Traslo and can't recommend them highly enough. Throughout the process we were in contact with Paul and his team. We were clear about what the process was. We never waited too long for a response to our questions and we were constantly appraisedof how things were moving along. Paul was super helpful in helping us decide the correct size and what paper work to provide etc.
Ont he day, the driver (Toncho) was brilliant. Although, his English was very limited he was super helpful, patient and calm. He managed to fight his way through the French farmer blockades with the truck holding our contents and by driving the early hours he was able to get through and delivered to us on time.

I would avoid using them from the very start.. our relocation with Traslo Services was the most stressful of all 4 we had in by he last years. Our goods were delivered in a state of despair.. everything thrown all over each other with not one piece of furniture making it to destination untouched! Even with insurance, we are still out of the pocket not to exclude the stress I had to go through. Stay away is the best solution.

Excellent. Extra packing and protection had been added to my furniture and belongings which I didn't know until it arrived. I wasn't there the day of the pick up but everything was well organised and great communication. I was especially grateful for the care they took to my belongings.

We moved a family home of ten years from London to Tarragona. The process was smooth from start to finish. Having requested a quote quite early on in the year, Stefano was patient and there was no undue pressure to accept like we experienced from other providers. Once booked, Paul & the team were friendly and very quick to respond - the driver was protective of our high value items and ensured their safekeeping and prompt delivery. Thank you all!

Great communication and friendly, they were able to advise on all areas of what seemed a daunting move and to allay any concerns, especially surrounding customs forms and general paperwork.

Furthermore, they were able to secure duty-free entry on all the items I was transporting.

In terms of the move itself, the driver was equally fantastic: friendly and so helpful. Having left my UK home on the Monday around 12noon, I was amazed and seriously impressed to meet him in Spain by Wednesday lunchtime, just two days later. Everything arrived safe, secure and in excellent condition.
