they were just great! I moved with them from UK to Spain and they helped me out with everything. Dealing with customs and all the packing services. Very responsive and good communication. I highly recommend them.

I employed Traslo to bring my belongings back home from Spain. But when the van opened in my home town I was surprised to find 2 large pallets had been added, destined for a company elsewhere in the UK.

The position of the pallets made it very difficult to unload my possessions. The van had been driven to an unknown location to load the pallets with a forklift. My possessions had been pushed back to clear the space completely. This was meant to be a self-load, self-unload service.

As I had been sold a dedicated A to B service Traslo refunded £350 of the cost.

The most surprising thing about all this is that Traslo knew nothing about it.

Traslo are not in full control of the vans they use. They do not currently have the mechanisms in place to prevent other people having access to them.

If you have any concerns about other people moving your possessions around when in transit, or sharing your van with other users then you might be better off with a different company.

Great service! Flexible at good price. At booking they showed a great deal of flexibility as we had to change the moving date not long before our departure. Jonathan was a great help and very quickly arrived at destination. Price was very competitive compared to some local moving companies

Let me start by saying my thing were taken from Uk to Spain and arrived in good shape, St Georges removals, the company Traslo Service used to do my removal were great throughout the process. now let me explain why I'm giving 2 stars.
1.- I ended paying 50% over the quote price, after having a few video assessments done by Traslo Service. So, don't trust their initial quotation, their terms, and conditions don't protect you against price increases, and once they have taken your things you have very little choice...
2.- I had two collections done, since the truck that came in the first place, couldn't fit all my stuff into its cargo area. There was 1 week between collections dates, so if you are vacating a house and you need everything out on that day, allow for some margin because chances are not everything will fit into the truck... and they will come a week after to collect the rest.
3.- You would imagine the company would group my stuff and send it all together. If you imagine that you would be wrong. They sent bits from the first collection to fill out the truck they were sending that week, 1-2 weeks after, i received the rest of the boxes from first and second collection.

When doing international removals, when you get told the things from the first collection (because they underestimated heavily the amount of stuff you were moving) will arrive before they collect the rest of your stuff, make sure you have friends and family at the other end of the removal to receive the goods- The alternative is that everything will be put in storage at destination and you will incur on any change from that...

Again removal wise, the stuff arrived in good shape which is important... but the overall experience with the quotation, estimation, lack of information, and many other things i dont mention in this review, dont make it possible to rate any higher.

Just to add one more thing the people you deal with in Traslo Service they are friendly although again the estimation and many other things you can simply not trust.

What a company, they weren't very helpful right from the beginning. My daughter had her removal with them 2 months before me and had a lot of broken stuff including a wardrobe. Then I asked if I could have a different team to pack my items but in August everybody was on leave as they do in Italy. Really it's a British company or not??? Then they broke lights while packing in Italy. Before they delivered my stuff they informed me that if they couldn't deliver on the agreed date , they would charge me for storage. I packed most of my fragile items myself as I know how to do it. I needed permission to park the van in the street where I lived but they couldn't ask the police for it , they are Italians and I am not.They were demonstrations in Dover the day before. I was furious but eventually they delivered in Dorset on the day. A team of removers had come from London to help the driver. They told me that they were supposed to take all the plastic before leaving but they couldn't because they only had a small car , Traslo should be paying for the removal of all plastics. Traslo refused and said it wasn't in the contract. They also informed that I had 7 days to unpack everything if I needed to claim from the insurance. As I kept finding broken items which had been badly wrapped , I read the insurance contract and saw that I had a month to unpack. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use their service. when I moved to Italy 9 years ago I had a fantastic British company, nothing damaged or broken , unfortunately that company doesn't accept removals to Europe .

Just had a removal from Tuscany to Bristol.the Italian end was brilliant arriving on time, worked hard and fast and packed well. The Bristol end did not go so well. The Polish driver spoke no English and arrived a day early to our storage unit staying in their car park from early morning to after 4 pm seemingly doing nothing and not unpacking as apparently he was waiting for a crew. Meanwhile the storage company (Access) went out of their way to try to sort things out. We were still in Italy and received countless phone calls as well.
The crew turned up the following day and unpacked the lorry and put the only living plant - a cactus - right at the back behind a tower of boxes.
I wrote to Translo several times and received nothing but damage limitation talk plus a half hearted sorry for the inconvenience message tucked at the end. No acknowledgement of the stupidity of putting the plant at the back. (‘We should have been there’) and ‘ no the lorry didn’t come on the wrong day, just early’. We have dined out on that one!! They clearly thought I was asking for financial recompense which I wasn’t, I wanted a proper apology for the stress, confusion and stupidity. 3 stars for Italian end no stars for Bristol

We want to thank Traslo service for the assistance and management of our move to Australia. From the initial contact I made online and through the whole process. We’ve made similar International moves and I know how it works. We had some very particular plans we needed this to tie in with and their professionalism made it all work. The support from the office and very hard working crew on the day from the company made it all come together without any real hiccups at all. Highly recommendable.

If you are moving within the EU, these are average 3-star brokers. I can't say "Movers" because they actually don't move anything. They sit at the phone and contract everything out to other companies with whom you as the customer have no control.
But, if you are moving outside the EU, do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They are totally unprepared and inexperienced in non-EU countries or anything requiring ocean transport.
Se ti trasferisci all'interno dell'UE, questi sono mediatori a 3 stelle nella media. Non posso dire "Movers" perché in realtà non muovono nulla. Si siedono al telefono e appaltano tutto ad altre società con cui tu come cliente non hai alcun controllo.
Ma se ti trasferisci fuori dall'UE, fatti un grande favore e stai lontano da questa azienda. Sono totalmente impreparati e inesperti nei paesi extra UE o in qualsiasi cosa richieda il trasporto marittimo.

We moved from Madrid to Wales. It has been a really good experience. All our things arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them. It only had a one week delay. All the staff are super friendly, including the carriers. They treat boxes and other belongings with great care. Thank you very much Luccas and Stephano.

Very poor service, they did an international removal from Italy to the UK.
Most of the furniture got heavily scratched and damaged in the process.
Very bad attitude from one of the delivery crew member as well, who had a clear "can't do" attitude and a real hurry to finish the job at the expense of damaging large furniture while off-loading the lorry and moving through house doors, stairs and when assembling.
The other crew member was much more nice, courteous and helpful although unfortunately I don't recall their names.
All in all a very poor service and definitely not value for money.
I wouldn't recommend nor use again

Ho scoperto la Traslo Service attraverso un sito di confronto prezzi online. Sono stata contatta da Simone che mi ha offerto un servizio professionale e preciso. Il prezzo non era uno dei piu' convenienti, ma ho scelto in base alla qualita' del preventivo. Una volta effettuato il primo pagamento, sono stata contatta da Luca, anche lui molto professionale e preciso. Ho potuto scegliere la data di prelievo e consegna facilmente. Entrambi i team a Torino e Belfast sono stati molto cortesi, veloci e professionali.
Un ottimo servizio!

Great. Supportive and a quality service from the crew, who worked very well. They were very attentive and good with our packing. Our move manager from the office was very responsive, always available, and knew what needed to happen from the beginning.
I’ve moved plenty of times. Wish I had used them on previous moves.
They were great with a bit of trouble shooting. Both crew where with both pickup points. many thanks for their patience on our logistics changes.
All Sorted out efficiently. Many thanks to the team there. Highly recommend.

First the good things:
- Communication before any payment was made. They were very responsive and attentive to understand our needs for the move.
- Their estimation for the size and weight of the stuff to move was accurate.
- Punctuality and professionalism of the companies sub-hired by Traslo Service to do the loading and unloading of our stuff.

Then the not so good things:
- After we paid the deposit to secure the date of our move, we had more problems communicating with them.
- They tried to change the original schedule by delivering one day earlier than planned, which was impossible for us.

And then bad things:
- Never use their "Premium" insurance. They broke our dishwasher during the move and refused to pay for it because it didn't have any visual damage, just for your information, big appliances don't need to have visual damage to be ruined during an international move. We contacted them several times to try to find a solution about the dishwasher and they eventually stopped replying to our emails, so we had to fix it ourselves.

It's a shame because everything went well and smooth but this situation with the dishwasher and the insurance ruined the whole experience and I can't recommend this company.

Traslo service was really helpful for us with our move from Malaga.
The guys at the office were always fine to deal with and very responsive, and definitely took the time to know what had to be done.
The crew that helped us pack are the people to thank especially. We have already recommended these guys to others.

Awful service and terrible experience moving my stuff from London to Santander. Took 4 months when it should have been 4-6 weeks. Wanted me to pay for a shuttle service from the port to my address when nothing as mentioned about extra charges. The lack of communication between them and their partners is hard to believe. I’d not recommend Traslo. Having said this, the removal company they use called Fred Phillips was great.

I would like to thank Traslo for the wonderful service I received, especially Stefano and Luca for all the hard work they put in.
Good communication at all times and all delivered safely and within the dates agreed.
I would recommend it to everyone!!!
