Diesel has assisted me over the years when I’m searching for flights. I travel often and he’s been amazing in helping me find best deals. I was struggling to find an airline which would accept to fly an unaccompanied minor (younger than 16) and he found me one. I was upgraded to business class on one of my flights etc. I highly recommend him as a travel agent - very reliable indeed!

I have worked in this company and honestly saying never book with this travel agency. They are a complete scam. We use to face issues mentioned below on a daily basis and they intentionally not mention the baggage just to take some extra money from all of you. Again saying never book with these kind of agency. ***Complete Scam**** … such a monster.. they have not even paid to their employees so no wonder they cannot give your tickets too… Completely avoid if you don’t want to screw yourself even if they say that they will do the same price still avoid this company…

There was some confusion on the billing of my airline reservation. When I started the conversation, the email responses were done in a timely manner, and the solution to the issue was direct and complete. I very much appreciated the customer service demeanor and efficiency.

Booked flights from Manchester to Toronto in May 2023. Payment taken from credit card and eticket reference received. Unable to check in on the airline's app. Travel Decorum told me to use the eticket reference which did not work. When I called the airline the day before my flights they told me the booking had been cancelled as Travel Decorum had not paid them. I then had to rebook at over double the cost of the original flights. When they do answer the phone they promise to call back but they don't. I've had no response to my emails asking why the flights were cancelled back in May 2023, yet in April 2024 when I contact them they are advising me to quote the eticket.

1 star is too much! Holiday was cancelled due to Covid. Been in constant communication & they have refused to allow us to re-book or give a refund. Hard earnt money wasted! Scammers! So unfair

Fraud travel agent , they got my money and after cancel my ticket

Booked flight as it was the cheaper option. Couple of days later I have received a phone call from traveldecorum saying I did not have any suitcase included in my flight therefore I had to pay 200 pounds for both flights (Return) and both passengers. Contacted air canada directly and confirmed in the price was indeed included a cabin bag of 10kg therefore I did not need to pay any extra fee they were asking for. Called back explained the situation, the lady on the phone insisted i did not have anything even after telling them I had spoken with the airline itself. long story short I refused to pay and asked them to give me my tickets they said they couldn't and that they would have cancelled my booking, I said that was fine I would book directly with the airline, they called me back a day later to say they did not cancel the booking, they asked me how much the flight was made me pay the 10 punds difference and gave me my tickets and asked me to leave a 5 star review.
Never EVER again I will be booking anything throught these people. They tried at every step of the way to make me pay extra for nothing

We'd booked tickets for 3 people to fly to Kilimanjaro and then had to cancel due to illness. The tickets were non-refundable but we were able to claim back the fare via our travel insurance. The Air Passenger Duty Tax portion of the ticket costs though were not covered under the insurance as this amount should be refunded by the travel agent. Irrespective of their cancellation policy if the flights do not take place then the tax is not paid to the Government and the travel agent should fully refund this portion to their customers. Despite 3 emails and a phone call (Tried phoning many more times but the sales number usually diverts a mobile with a full mailbox) I am yet to have any response from the company. I have been chasing this now for more than 2 months and have had to today raise a dispute with my bank account who will now chase this company on my behalf.

Avoid using the company if you want a hassle free experience!

I booked my flight tickets from them and got an amazing deal from London to New Delhi. For the deal I got, I was expecting economy but they told me it’s premium economy. I generally book business class but due to non-availability I couldn’t.

One of the most awful experiences in my entire life from sales down to customer service, I dod use their website to book a flight to Egypt. It was clearly saying no baggage and that was ok with me when I paid. Then they called me the following day saying “ oh sorry that flight is not confirmed as you need to pay extra to get confirmation from the airlines and that will include baggage and that extra shocked me as to see that the total will be more than get the ticket from the airlines itself!!! So after long negotiations they reduced the extra amount. Going to cairo was ok. On my way back to london despite i requested to be back on 12th Dec and the email confirmation was that. But discovered while am at Cairo airport that unbelievable sales team booked it on the 11th December so I was literally crying of how awful that was. Ended up to buy a single way ticket to come back with £178 . Till today I’m chasing that as they must send it as a compensation but they are ignoring me. Be aware of this company please as they are really a big scam.

Absolute scam. Back in July, I booked with them for my flight from London to Vietnam for Xmas. Then got told my flight got cancelled by the Airlines, and I would receive the refund shortly. Then I kept following up with them but they never sent my money back. Kept push back the date & refund ETA: next week, next week, after Xmas, late January. Now it's getting unacceptable/ absolute joke now. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all cost!!!

This Holiday Company doesn't even deserve 1 star, they get your money then just want more & More, you don't get what you pay for!!!!!
NEVER BOOK with this HORRENDOUS travel company

we flew to Australia with this terrible company paid for business class with Qatar airlines, were told 2weeks before that the flight had changed, then ended up on the worse airlines, when trying to complain, there is never anyone available to help. We sent a complaint direct to the address, with no response PLEASE PLEASE do NOT book with this company, they shouldn't be aloud on any site

Do not BELIVE or read anything other than the one star reviews on this page! They are a joke of a company and absolutely shocking! Even try to get more money for luggage after you’ve purchased a flight! I’ve lost £630 been trying to check in/ manage booking it doesn’t even exist, terrible behaviour. So many fake reviews from these suckers, trying to carry on stealing peoples hard earned money. Avoid at all costs!!! Don’t make the same costly mistake as me!!

I have tried calling them almost 10 times but they not answering my calls as I keep calling them about my refund and it’s been 2 months now still not received refund, they promised to get my refund in 3 days after they processed but not received yet, they processed refund on 12/12/23. When I called them Manager (Mike) told me that my money is processed through payment gateway and asked me to contact my bank which is really a scam they sounded and now they are not answering my calls, My reference number is TD39025. Please stay away from Travel Decorum

Scam, avoid this company at all costs!!!!
They refuse to refund me my plane ticket which I tried to cancel months in advance even after I bought their elite package which was meant to be insurance in case I need to cancel!!! their entire service is a scam, from buying baggages, insurance etc, don't spend your money here, lost about £1000 it seems.

Bought a ticket to go home and visit my family for Christmas. I was called by them and told the flight I purchased was no longer available and I'd have to book a slightly more expensive one. Against my better judgement I did this. Huge mistake.

Not only did they take the extra money, they then ***silently cancelled my booking***. I didn't find this out until the night before! I have received no refund and cannot afford to buy another flight to visit my family back home. It's looking like I will be spending the holidays alone this year. Absolutely devastated.

Please avoid. It's a scam. You will end up paying a lot extra to confirm your ticket and you will lose all your money if you try to cancel

This is regarding my cancellation reference TD39025.

I was told that I get my refund in 4 weeks time but I haven’t received it.

When I spoke with Kate last week she confirmed that she would get the refund from airline on 4/12/23 and promised to send the refund Yesterday but still not received it.

I called her today but now she is saying that she is not the authorised person to deal with this and advised me to write an email to accounts team which is not acceptable and the customer service is worst as they rude to us.

Please get the things done little early if not I’ll post the review on your website and seek help from solicitors
