Made a reservation. No confirmation email sent. Airline locator given on booking showed as did not exist on airline website. Emailed the following day with my concerns. Got a call from them saying fare was gone and an extra £90 to confirm. Left feedback on here then as supervisor called me and said they would now honour the price with £50 voucher if I took down the negative feedback. Now they have charged my Amex the full amount.
At no time was any paperwork or emails received. All by phone contact so no paper trail.

Booked a flight on line. They then cancelled it. Said that they couldn’t do it at that price so they cancelled it. And they can rebook but it’s three times the price. And the money will be back in my account in 3-4 working days. Bit worried it is fraud, minimum it’s very unprofessional and if they sell a ticket at a price they should honour it. Definitely would avoid, bit worried it’s just a scam

I got fast response from the customer representative Jane to help me got my plane ticket within 10 minutes.

Mr Mike, the manager, was very sharp in getting the trust of his customers. He spent time for finding best possible booking for his customers within the limited time. And he used the available time for building long lasting relationship so that customers are retained. Great business and service.

The only small point would be to make clear at point of booking what is included such as carry on.

I had a wonderful experience with Traveldecorum. Roy called me after I enquired online and he was very friendly and engaging. He found me the best deal and was very reassuring.

I also spoke with Rio who was also super helpful and friendly.

Both gave me a prompt service with no fuss. I am impressed with them and will definitely be using the service again.

UNTRUSTWORTHY.
Booked a flight with them, got a confirmation email but no reservation code for the actual flight. Then I got a phone call from 'Kate' (Who almost forgot to confirm my identity). She said I haven't got any luggage for my flight, only a 5kg bag. She said I have to pay her £180 for a carry on bag. I said I would think about it but she was very pushy. I arranged for her to call me back. I then went on the airline website which told me that both a carry on bag AND a 10kg (not 5kg) hand bag were included on all my flights.

I rang back to say I didn't want luggage and after a 3 minute hold, she came back saying she was able to make a deal with the airline to get me a 10kg carry on for free! My hero. But wait, she would only send me the tickets IF I give her a good review. I said no, you can send me the tickets that I've already paid for, and I MIGHT give you a good review. She sent me the tickets which I checked with the airline but they didn't show up. She said it will take 4 hours to show up on their website. So we'll see! I hate being pressured into spending money, its a huge red flag. Don't trust a word they say.

Not only the prices are great last minute deals but the support service is quick and reliable. Very impressed with the efficiency with which they deal with reservations. Roy and his supervisor Charles were of constant support throughout my booking and made it as easy going as it could be. In a few words, the best travel agent out there in my opinion.

Emily did a wonderful job to help me confirm my ticket last minute. Without her help I won’t be able to make my important trip
