Truespeed has performed as advertised!
On joining Truspeed they had forgotten or mislaid my instructions to port my land-line.
However with only two days remaining on my EE contract, I phoned Truspeed and spoke with Rhys. He acted with "True -Speed" (forgive the pun), within minutes I received and returned another 'porting form' sent to Rhys, days later we had our landline up and running.
Thank you Rhys, you are exceptional!
We have enjoyed Truspeed for just over a month, installation was friendly and painless with no broadband issues, in fact Truespeed has performed as advertised! Thank you!

Lee Gates-Deville was very helpful when I called him today. I am moving address, and he sorted out the change under 10 minutes. He also provided a great new deal where I'll be paying the same price as I am now for the next 2 years. Much appreciated Lee!

Delayed install but really good team and connectivity
Had to wait a few weeks for the council permit to install the external connection that Truespeed did not tell me about when i signed up... better if they had checked readiness first before setting a new install date. However, the installation itself was really good - Jack and Tom did a great job, they got it done quickly and left everything clean and tidy. The connection is fast as promised.
