He listened to and supported me to get what I wanted and was very proactive all along the journey with regular check-ins and prompts to get the paper work done pain free. First I must say that the sales person…
First I must say that the sales person was great and addressed my concerns with the car straight away, this review is aimed at the service technician’s who checked the car before the sale of it.
We had the car 2days and reported to trust ford that,
The air conditioning did not work and the car pulled to the right and the car vibrated when doing 60mph,
We left the car back with them for a week as we were going on holiday,
I picked the car up from their service centre yesterday , and looks like all has been fixed,
But l think the car should have been checked more thoroughly before selling it,
£7000 is a lot of money to me and only the fact I was going on holiday saved me from being inconvenienced having to be without a car,

Really easy, straight forward process from ordering to delivery
Really easy, straight forward process of ordering my new Puma E-gen lease car to it being delivered. I got the best deal going straight to Ford and got to choose exactly what I wanted and picked the colour. Excellent communication throughout the process from Jeanette and the car was ready earlier than expected. Highly recommend Trust Ford at Erdington (Birmingham)

I had a brilliant experience buying my new van from John Snell and Ben at Trust Ford Guernsey. From start to finish, the whole process was extremely professional, straightforward and hassle-free.
John and Ben are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to both cars and vans, and their advice and expertise really stood out. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I was so impressed with the service that I’ve now gone back and bought my second van from them, which I think says everything!
I honestly cannot recommend John, Ben and the team highly enough. If you’re looking for a new car or van and want excellent service from people who genuinely know their stuff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Five stars from me!
