I had a brilliant experience buying my new van from John Snell and Ben at Trust Ford Guernsey. From start to finish, the whole process was extremely professional, straightforward and hassle-free.
John and Ben are incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to both cars and vans, and their advice and expertise really stood out. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I was so impressed with the service that I’ve now gone back and bought my second van from them, which I think says everything!
I honestly cannot recommend John, Ben and the team highly enough. If you’re looking for a new car or van and want excellent service from people who genuinely know their stuff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Five stars from me!

Jon Snell! Pure and simple...Jon is outstanding in his role! If it wasn't for Jon, we may not have made the purchase.
He was knowledgeable and shared this knowledge in a way that was informative, but not pushy or condescending. He never tried to push a purchase on us. He gave us the information, and gave us the time to think through our options. He communicated effectively throughout - from the first day i visited the forecourt, to the arrangement of the test drive, and throughout the paperwork process.
