The Reminder
Did on line, no problems, renewed well within the time scale, first class. The only thing I would suggest is that the renewal date follows on from the expiry date so the customer has continuity in their calendar alleviating the need to change reminder dates.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. When traveling through the Tyne Tunnels a payment for toll is due by midnight the following day. There are a number of ways to pay this via our website, on our app, phone IVR, or at a PayPoint location.
