Rapid delivery. Product as expected and seems to be of quality. Went together OK, but a little tricky if just one of you. I found that putting the support beams in after getting the uprights and side supports in place was easier when doing it solo. I'm now in the process of sealing and varnishing the MDF boards to give them some longevity. Looking forward to getting the shelves in use.

The shelves are brilliant, solid and sturdy. Providing a mallet made all the difference. A simple guide printed and included with the pack would have made this 5*.

Used them before so know their high level of service, and products that suit my needs

It’s very easy to put together,
Probably will be a lot easier with 2 people.
But the racking is great for storing as the shelves can be adjusted to whatever height that you need.
My shed now looks neat and tidy & I’m able to find things.

Extremely pleased with this product, exactly as described.

What was delivered was a product that had clearly been out of the packaging and put together with scratches across most of the components!….the colour combination was wrong also…the centre bearers are poorly designed and the tabs have to bent over to secure them…at least the size was correct!!!!….I contacted Customer services two days ago but still await a reply…wishing we had sourced from somewhere else like Big Dug…
In a nutshell we were not happy with the experience!!

i was happy with the service especially with Meghan who helped to trace my parcels, despite me and my wife staying at home, the DHL dropped the parcels at our neighbours house.
The products, i have not opened yet.

Product arrived as described, easy to assemble and very strong. I am not using it in its conventional purpose, I have put it in my van as shelving for the mobility scooters I sell. Delivery was very quick.

First order received damaged, a quick e-mail quickly resolved the issue with new goods being shipped.
Shelves and bins of excellent quality for price.
Very pleased overall.

I spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone to be sure of measurements then placed my order on line, delivered very quickly, when I opened up the boxes I was a bit doubtful how strong it would be, but once assembled was very surprised just how strong it is, would recommend and I’ll be buying more for my shed next .

The end product is good quality however, the order arrived by three separate deliveries over the course of 5 days, the assembly instructions could be improved and due to the exceptionally dry weather some joints had become misaligned or spaces opened up (but the business can’t be held responsible for the weather!)

This was our 4th set of shelving which has finished off the storage in our garage. Brilliant product.

The shelving went together really easily and is sturdy and actually not bad-looking, either.
Company had a slight operational delay, but kept me informed in plenty of time and rearranged delivery to my schedule.
Tufferman would be my first port of call if I were to need shelving again in the future.

Good value product, fast delivery and a solid piece. Was more fiddly to put together than expected, helpful to have an extra pair of hands.

I placed an online order with Tufferman on a Saturday for two heavy-duty shelving units. At the time of ordering, their website stated delivery within up to 4 working days.
I contacted Tufferman to confirm the expected delivery date and was told that, because the order was placed on Saturday, they would start counting the working days from Tuesday. This did not make sense to me, as I would normally expect Monday to be the first working day. Even using their calculation, I understood that the order should have been delivered by Friday.
This was particularly important because I had specifically arranged for our handyman to install the shelving over the Saturday/Sunday weekend. Everything had been planned around the delivery timeframe advertised on their website.
By Thursday, I still had no delivery confirmation or update. I tried calling Tufferman, but nobody answered and their voicemail was full, so I couldn't even leave a message.
I then contacted them by email. They apologised and advised that they would refund the delivery charge. On Friday, I finally received an email confirming that the shelves would be delivered on Monday.
The shelves did arrive on Monday as advised and were in good condition, so I have no complaint about the condition of the products themselves.
Unfortunately, because they were not delivered in time for the weekend as originally expected, our planned installation could not go ahead and the job was delayed by an entire week. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, particularly as the installation had already been arranged based on the delivery timeframe provided when I ordered.
I was also surprised that the invoice I received showed no indication of the promised delivery charge refund, despite the full amount having been paid online by card.
Overall, the shelving itself was good, but the delivery service and communication were disappointing. In my experience, the advertised delivery timeframe was not met, contacting the company by telephone was extremely difficult, and the delay disrupted work that had already been scheduled.
I am also still waiting for confirmation that the promised delivery charge refund has been processed.

Lucky we have large porch. This storage system is for my husbands hobby equipment.
This time we also ordered boxes as I am keen for him to stop using cardboard boxes that Cann’t easily be organised or stacked.
We are both pleased with the shelving.
